A Technician does a POTA activation

Fred N2RPG won a new ICOM 705 by being the first to complete the Hamvention Challenge in 2024. A big thank you to ICOM, Jason KM4ACK, and Josh KI6NAZ from Ham Radio Crash Course, who sponsored the challenge for the 2nd year in a row. The first weekend back from Hamvention, Michael W2NVP and I took Fred, who is a Technician studying for his General, out to do a Parks on the Air (POTA) activation in the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor in WNY (US-6532).
