- Hi friends! I had a request for hair tutorials, so I wanted to share my blowout routine with y’all 🤍 my hair will last for days when I style it this way, and I swear that’s owed to not only the techniques I use with the revlon blowdryer, but also the AMAZING products used in conjunction.
I’ve had curly hair all my life (it was even curlier when I was younger) and while I’ve learned to embrace it as I’ve gotten older, I still love the sleek, bouncy blowout of my dreams! I pretend I’m in a pantene commercial every time it’s a wash day 😅 lmaooo

The big pin curls make so much more sense than Velcro rollers for preventing frizz. Excellent tutorial!

slayyy. my mom has striaght hair. i dont. so she buys me whatever i ask for hair wise and lets me take the lead. she just makes sure to massage/oil my hair once a week.

Thank you for posting. I was a little surprised to see you rub the products in your hair that way. I have similar texture and that would ruffle my cuticles and be super frizzy, lol. I’ll def try the products!
I’ve actually never considered this 🤔 I’m going to try applying more gently next time I blow out my hair and see if it makes a diff for me! Ty for sharing, I hope you love the product recs 🫶🏼

How do u prevent it from getting frizzy/curly again? I feel like mine looks good right after but in a couple hours my texture and frizz comes back even tho I use hairspray 😭
The Dream Coat Spray I use helps with humidity SO much - but you can always go over with a flat iron certain pieces/areas you know are prone to frizz up more, especially in humid climates 🫶

I loved your tutorial! I have a question about the revlon brush. I’ve heard people say it “burns” your hair. Have you experienced this? I have found really mixed reviews where half the people love it and the other half say just save for the Dyson. But that one is sooo expensive 😢
Hi! I have never personally experienced any issues with it burning my hair - I'm sure the Dyson is amazing, but we're balling on a budget over here lmaooo and Revlon saves the day ❤️
Wow, and I thought I had it down to a science, I like the way I blow dry my hair, better than my stylist, I will leave the front for last sometimes, or I do the front first, I will go back to doing the front first, I'm just so surprised with the amount of hair you have using that blow dryer brush, guess I have to get me one of those definitely, your hair looks "GORGEOUS", I saw the comment about one reader that said the hair on brush needs to be clean, lol, I used to keep my brushes looking like that, anyway, thanks for this video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i do this but without pin curling cuz its tm work and im lazy. it turns out great for me even without pin curling since my hair is naturally curly so it holds the curls well
How do you prevent you hair from curling after you have blow dryed it? My hair always comes back with small curls

I usually use the highest setting to ensure I'm getting the sleekest end result :)

My hair is extremely straight, will this tutorial work if i use it along with a setting spray?
It’s worth a try, I’d probably say try a blowout cream or something to help w the hold since your hair is straight and see if that helps?! 🫶🏼
Question... it looks like you have mixed hair similar to mine. My hair is thick! Do you ever find that if you dont straighten it with a hair straightener it will frizz up when you walk outside and not even look like the perfect blow out?! I struggle with that terribly, even using an antifrizz serum.
My hair is thick and yes! Lol wow doesn’t work for me unless I use the flat iron
Hi! The Dream Coat spray I use 100000% helps with humidity but yes, during the summer/more humid weather I will sometimes flat iron certain pieces/areas I know will get frizzy over time 🫶

Hi! Do you find that this blow dryer causes a lot of damage? Or do you just get regular trims? I've ready conflicting reviews but trust your opinion cause I have the same exact curl pattern. Thanks! :)
truthfully, I’ve never had issues with heat damage and this brush! I do think using heat protectant prior to styling helps, but I’ve never experienced anything other than bouncy blowouts w this thing 😩❤️

when you use the blow-dry brush are your roots dry or is it a couple hours after you wash it?
How long after washing your hair do you wait to start styling it?
Also, do you use the blow-dry brush to do a full blowout twice a week almost every week? I love my hair straight but I'm worried about damaging it.

Thank you so much for watching 🥹🫶🏼 I’m happy to answer any questions! I style my hair the same day I wash it! I don’t usually let my hair air-dry at all, I take my hair out of the towel, apply my products and go right into styling (I haven’t had many issues w/ damage thanks to the amaaaazing products I show in this vid!) I do this process twice a week (whenever I wash) and still use this same method to this day 😊 I hope this helps!!

As long as the section you're blowdrying is brushed out before you start styling, it glides like a dream! ❤️

@@clairinapaquette7854 ya i agree. i normally jsut use a light mousse + lightweight gel and argan oil. most of the time i just use the rvelon to blow it out bc its too hard to deal with curly, bc im too busy/lazy to refresh it and be delicate with it all the time.

do you go to the gym? i usually never do my hair and recently got a heated brush to do this with. just worried its gonna disappear once i work out:(
truthfully I do not (though I should 🥹) BUT I do work a job where I’m constantly on my feet and if I sweat one day, I’m for sure having to at least go over my roots the next day w dry shampoo/the blow dryer brush! I hope this helps 🫶🏼

Great video but I think it's worth noting that although you have curly hair, they seem pretty thin to begin with. Unfortunately it's not so easy for thick curly hair ...
