  • Making easy Panna Cotta dessert
    A very delicate Italian dessert Panna Cotta, with additional lyer of chocolate will not leave anyone indifferent to this dessert. Prepare it for your loved ones, and they will love this one. You will enjoy making this easy Panna Cotta dessert that will not take you much time!
    Ingredients:
    First layer:
    • Whipping Cream 30-33% - 120 ml
    • Milk - 60 ml
    • Dark chocolate - 50 gr
    • Gelatine - 1.5 tsp
    Second layer:
    •Whipping Cream 30-33% - 120 ml
    • Milk - 60 ml
    • White chocolate - 50 gr
    • Gelatine - 1.5 tsp
    • Vanilla extract - ½ tsp
    Cooking Method of Ponna Cotta:
    1. For the first layer, pour cream and milk into the pot and put on the stove to heat, not bringing to a boil.
    2. Remove the cream from the heat and dissolve the gelatine in them, then add the dark chocolate to the cream, return the pot to the stove and over low heat, melt the chocolate constantly stirring.
    3. Cool the first layer a little and pour it into portioned moulds or glasses, and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes cool down.
    4. Meanwhile, prepare the second layer. Repeat the first and second steps, adding white chocolate and vanilla extract to the warmed cream.
    5. After slightly cooling the second layer of white chocolate, pour it on top of the first layer and send it back to the refrigerator until it solidifies, for about 30 minutes.
    6. We decorate the Panna Cotta with berries and enjoy it!
