- This Chicken & Green Bean Pasta is a recipe I have been making with my mom since I was a teenager! And I still love it!! Even our little ones love this yummy dish! I have just recently found your channel and am binge watching from the very beginning. I love your recipe vids. So simply and yet detailed. THE BEST out there in my opinion. I will be making several of these for sure. We are a gluten free family here, so I will need to adjust but WOW.....

Hey paige Again this looks like a winner winner chicken dinner recipe can you swap pasta for brown rice or quinoa for this recipe looks very yummy seems like your kids aren't picky eaters.
Annamaria Palaia I’m sure you could swap it out just fine! What a fun idea! And we have been pretty lucky not having them be too picky. They all go through their stages, but we never make special meals for them, we just make one dinner and that’s what it is haha so I think that has helped them not be too picky 😉

That looks so good and easy to make. The best part is how customizable it is. I hate carrots, so i would substitute in some broccoli or zucchini.

We did the loaded baked potato night for the first time last week and the kids loved it. Thanks for so many great, simple but yummy ideas!

Do all 3 boys eat pretty much anything? I’ve always had super picky kids and my 4 year old son is the worst :(
He literally only has a small list of foods he will eat. He smells new foods and then just refuses to try them or even touch them... I’m starting to think it’s more than being picky and going into sensory and texture issues... I’m always so jealous when I see kids eating dinner and loving all kids of foods and I wonder when/if my son will ever be like that! Right now he lives off milk, oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, applesauce, cheese and occasionally spaghetti-o’s😫

This Crazy Life thanks for all the tips! I’m starting to think that because my son had bad reflux as an infant and spit up and gagged a lot, I was so scared to try solid foods thinking he would choke easily... I did a lot of purée foods and I think he grew to only accepting softer foods... now that he’s completely out of the baby food stage and needs to start eating “real” food he just doesn’t want it... he actually runs screaming when I try to give him a chicken nugget or bite of pizza 😫
He can definitely chew and swallow well now so I think it’s just a mental thing but I have no idea how to get through to him... I’ll try some of the things you mentioned but he’s a stubborn kid 😂
Jennifer Curtis oh no 🙁 that must have been super scary! I definitely would have been the same! Maybe another idea would be to try adding something into things he will eat, like spinach or ham into his eggs, or fruit/granola into his yogurt, or a few peas into his spaghetti-os? And if none of it works, just know he will be fine😉 these kiddos can survive on crackers if they need to (my doctor told me that at one point when mine seemed like they weren’t eating much) 😂 you’re doing good mama!! ♥️ you could also offer a good gummy vitamin if he will eat gummies and if you’re worried about needing more nutrients... you can get some with fruit n veggie servings too! Being a mom is so challenging! But you got this! 🙌😘
Looks really Yummy! thanks for the recipe. Just want to give u an alternative that can save time- shred the carrots in a grater rather than cutting them. It saves cooking time and shredded carrots taste good :)
