Love your no nonsense approach and getting straight to the point especially as to what suits whom and why. After some years of different fittings and mixed feelings about them I have ended up with a reasonable set that suits me (two hybrids- clk/f7; 6-pw z565; three wedges -50,56,60- rtx3 with same graphite shafts as irons and a putter). Am struggling to fond the best wedge for bunkers in spite of my 56 (11 bounce) while my 50 degrees is the best club in my bag; and really trying to find a driver that suits me for consistent direction and reasonable distance - am left handed and in my 60s. Eliminated most drivers tried so far but hope to look at the st180 also based on your review- and f8 looks promising though need to get rid of the draw weight as suffer from pulls (being naturally right handed and having strong wrist cock which I need to address aside from my negative angle of attack). Any advise on wedges or drivers. Tempted to come to you guys for a fitting - also learned a lot from txg experience.

Thanks for that. Yes look at the Mizuno as it comes in LH and weights will help you.
Also try a little less bounce for the bunker wedge as I suspect your bunkers sand aren’t suited to high bounce. Keep watching and thanks for the feedback.

ForeGolf Custom Thanks for the advice on the bounce. On my drivers I have now tried - in std stock shaft- the Mizuno and others. From the current crop (except not tried the srixons and aware they are leasing a new line shortly) am down to three to possibly focus and perhaps explore on a fitting- ping g400max max, cobra f8 and rogue - of course with suitable shafts to suit my dynamic swing.

ForeGolf Custom thanks. After a lot of improved swing exercises, some coaching - including with a robot- and a lot of testing with 100 balls each with various heads, shafts, clubs across the woods and hybrid range (heads, shafts, lengths, weights) I ended up surprisingly with with a driver and 5 wood that I like, and performs well - the titleist ts range and in hybrids the new srixon h85 to replace those I had. Now what remains is both a gapping exercise in case I decide to add an additional iron or hybrid for the gap if any and then focusing on the wedges. The RTX 3s are working quite well overall especially the gap wedge (50). Have not tried the RTX 4 but for now don’t think there is a need to change. But as I practice sand more may need to look at the issue including the bounce aspect you refer to.

only getting back to playing pitch and putt, what Titleist club would you recommend. i play off 4 i'm using a mizuno sand wedge (old) tad heavy so thinking of trying a more modern clun, any advice greatly appreciated.

Hey Anthony, have a look at the Vokey SM7 wedges and also the new Mizuno S8 wedges are brilliant. Thanks

Wait at 3 min mark you state if your approach is steep then higher bounce and if you are shallow then more bounce is the trick. What?

Meant to say lower bounce if you’re shallower...good spot. 👀👀👀 #stillworkingonit
