I need this. Contract tile setter/ gym rat. Terrible posture and monthly adjustments at chiro due to my job. I’d love to commit to the practice of yoga, but maybe anxiousness, or too antsy. Any advice on how to keep your mind focused on the task at hand? I don’t know how to be present in the moment during the holds. My mind just goes to what I need to do next or what I’d rather be doing. It’s telling me to get up and do weights or cardio, while I keep reminding myself I need this for longevity. Is this common when first starting?

Due to the lockdown, i have nearly finished the Atheletic Performance programme. I am in the last week of weeks 9 to 12. What do you suggest, i have cut down the milage and intensity, so as not to overtrain?

How often you recommend this 15 minutes session a week?
You can do it every day. 3x per week is good.
