I’ve seen firsthand, that when Exs separated and one clearly SEES serious child abuse, the court won’t even bat an eye , because they automatically assume you’re just trying to hurt your Ex! It’s disgusting what they will ignore 😢

What's awful is WHY they don't believe people. Because so many people don't take it seriously, and DO just abuse the system to try to punish their exes. Awful people make it so we can't have nice things.

Majority People claiming that she said that " I Hit him" NEVER WROTE IN THE INITIAL police reports or initial interviews. They added it later as an signed addendum! The guest on the show was correct that only one person said it from the begining and even his testimony was different from his initial deposition. It's hard to watch hosts misrepresent statements because they haven't watched EVERY bit of the trial like the general public.

This is why when I ask things I always make sure to make it sound like a question ⁉️ in case someone is recording me and tries to use it against me.
Example: "Are you accusing me of hitting him?" "Did you say that you think I hit him?"
Be especially careful with your words.

My heart broke watching the video of the pos father forcing his Son to run on a treadmill 💔 If he treated him like that in public with cameras and people around imagine how he treated him at home when noone was watching. I'll never understand how a parent can be so cruel. Its disgusting! Find him guilty and send him to prison for the rest of his life 😡 RIP Christopher 🙏🏼 U deserved so much better 🥺

The car doesn't even look like she hit something or someone with it.
Love seeing @NatalieLawyerChick on the channel again. She is so good at explaining things. Karen Read could have been responding to someone around her who suggested that she hit him because we know that the CW is saying that he never entered the house but I have heard that the defense has Officer O'Keefe's Apple watch information showing he took a bunch of steps after she dropped him off. Not sure if that's true, I will have to wait and see. We hear a lot online and some of it isn't true. A lot of it has been. The defense has been solid in this case.

With the TikToker, his estranged wife was not cheating on him. She had called a friend over and they were just talking when the TikToker arrived.
I don’t think heat of the moment will fly with this case for a couple of reasons.
1, he bugged his daughter’s iPad.
2, he had to drive over to his estranged wife’s home. So it could be argued that he had a chance to calm down.
3, he didn’t catch his wife “in the act”. He found two people just having a casual conversation.
Personally I think he was a jealous guy so any man that his wife talked to could have been a potential victim.

Ali is a psycho and deserves life in prison. His wife and him were SEPARATED and he could not handle it. He saw her as property only. He's evil. I watched an interview with him and he's super narcissistic so I imagine him on the stand will be ridiculous and will give him life in prison.
