    This is not to say you can never train with soreness. The point is know when to push it and know when to hold back.

    If you’ve been training consistently, coach Abe's advice should be easier to understand. You can’t haul ass 100% every time. You certainly can when it comes to consistency just not the intensity. Go hard on mobility, go hard on light weights when it’s time to go lighter because you’re so sorr, go hard on sprints, go hard on lifting heavy weights relative to your max strength abilities and go hard on rest days. That’s what I got from this video and from my own training.
    It’s about going hard on consistency, light days, fast days, slow days, heavy days and days off.
