    What would you recommend or what video would you recommend for rest time in between sets and repetitions of the circuit

      Circuit fashion like you see me do in my videos: rest as needed.
      Ex: When you finish a set of squats then follow it up with two more exercises, by the time you get back to your second set of squats enough time has passed to start your second set. Or rest as needed. Don’t over think it I’d rather have my players over rest then under rest.

    Are these recovery/mobility sessions also a good to go workout let’s say 24h before matchday to let the body relax or do you only recommend doing these after your games/trainings?

    Can we do high reps and sets with limited weights to hit that high scale in rpe ?

      For lower body I would find tougher bodyweight exercises that don’t need much loading. Here are a few examples here
