7 MUST-TRY FOOD CARTS IN PORTLAND, OREGON!

- Portland, Oregon has become known for their delicious food cart scene. When we booked our family trip up there, I immediately started doing research on the best food carts in Portland. With over 500 food carts in the city, this video featuring seven must-try food carts is only scratching the surface but I can guarantee that if you try any of these, you'll leave happy. This video will have us traveling to the Mediterranean, Thailand, South Korea, Guyana, Russia, the American South, and Norway - all through the foods offered via some of Portland's best food trucks.
• Grill On the Go Mediterranean (0:09): Don't miss out on the hummus and chicken shawarma platter
• Nong's Khao Man Gai (1:15): Try the famous poached chicken and rice dish that’s topped with a magical ginger sauce
The next three food carts are all in the same location at the Hawthorne Asylum food cart pod:
• Korean Twist (1:42): You can't go wrong with one of their delicious bulgogi or spicy pork tacos
• Bake On The Run (2:26): For the best sweet treat, try the Nutella Guyanese Bake and for savory lovers, try their bestseller the Chickpea Potato Curry Bake
• Pelmini Pelmini (2:59): Try one of their three different kinds of Slavic dumplings topped with sour cream, fresh dill, and Russian ketchup
• Trap Kitchen (3:30): Their carved-out pineapple bowls are so popular for a reason, try one
• Viking Soul Food (4:24): A lefse turned out to basically be a yummy Norwegian burrito, I tried the smoked salmon lefse but next time I'd probably try the Swedish meatballs lefse
