  • Rest and recovery is VERY important! If you want to get better sleep, here are my top 3 tips for how to sleep better at night. Before doing these things, I tossed and turned all night which can be damaging to your goals and progress!

    One question
    Does yougert work to?, like when I drink tea I feel very relaxed but when I eat yougert I also feel very relaxed.

      It's really a personal choice :) We don't personally eat yogurt but if that's what warms your heart, you go right ahead!

    I can actually sleep better when I was on my phone screen than with out. Cuz I am always like OMG WHAT IF I MISS SOME THING IMPORTANT and so I cant sleep
