Any time. with or without food. If you have a stressful event coming up, about 1-2 hours before as it's effect gradually increases up to 2 hours.

I took 2 magnesium tablets, with about 2-3 hours between, as I felt the first hadn't really done anything. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt like I was glue to the bed and my blood was moving really, really slowly. Maybe I was too tired, but the magnesium was just a cheap supermarket version, which is usually fine, as I do meditate and take other useful supplements. As for saffron, it's pretty expensive, but if it works really good, as you suggest, I may add it to my cooking I do use a nutropic, which I microdose, as the full recommended dose is way to high, the Neuromorph Dragon... Pineapple flavour, goes delicious with Dyno1000 hydro-isolate protein shakes :)

Check what type of magnesium was in your supplement! Most supermarket magnesium supplements use Magnesium Oxide which is one of the "worst" types of magnesium. Look into magnesium glycinate or magnesium citrate.

Try the mix of 6 magnesiums just like doctor Inka does. Maybe each body reacts better to some kind of magnesium, so taking a mix of them could be a good approach.

If your dose is too high, it can cause lower circulation and low muscle tone. But it sounds like you have quite a big supplement stack, so it might also be a combination and co-effect of all supplements. With magnesium, it's a good idea to buy a high-quality combination supplement and strat with a small dose if you get side-effects. And of course, best approach is to consult your healthcare provider before using supplements.

@@iaminkaland I'll be honest. When my father passed 9 years ago I was more angry not really depressed but very angry because he was more of a best friend and the best of Father's. After he passed I started blacking out in anger. Went to the doctor started taking antidepressants, Xanax, I really only needed them for a month maybe 2 the most too calm down in reality, every month going back to the doctor, I wasn't abusing them or ever over taking, but 8 months when the line after being 1 or 2 days short my brain should fog up, my chest would be tight like panicking and my head would be hard as a rock. 9 years later I've been through every other kind of anti depressant to try and come off, then they changed me to Kolonpins which I call silent killers, because you barely feel the effects but when run out really get the worst anxiety and ended up having seizures when running out, last seizure I had was maybe 5 or 6 years ago due taking natural supplements to slowly try and come off while tapering, I still get prescribed Xanax because I only take as needed, some days 1mg but cut in 2 pieces(.5mg 2x a day) since days 3 mgs(still cut into .5mgs through out the day depending on physical anxiety) otherwise my mind before my father passed and months after realizing he was a very good man and iv shouldn't be selfish because he was suffering in the hospital and passed away with honor and good looks and was jolly through the 7 months he spent in the hospital bed while in pain from bed soars and had clogged arteries but still smiled everyday i visited him. So I realized(not because of the pills but logic) that he was a good man and Definitely is relaxed a man of heaven(especially that over 1,500 people came to his funeral that's how well loved he was and he was a business man). But ended up having to relay on these stupid things for physical anxiety. And even though I'm very positive without even trying to be just from the example of seeing my father and being around him everyday since 12(now I'm 30) he always taught me but example first not just talk. So I'm far from depressed. I've been taking all natural things such as ashwaganda, fish oil(may 3 1000mg tablets) L-thenine, Olive oil(the real real olive oil that comes from Jerusalem) magnesium, tumeric and they definitely help and still do compared to before physically having anxiety and my mind racing at 100 miles an hour, but still unfortunately I physically need them and sometimes or most of the time it's random I'll need to take them when my chest tightens and thoughts race. I have lymphoma cancer and still am happy lol. I honestly been more relaxed mentally I don't make why since I've gotten lymphoma and it's been 7 months now and deal with "Chemo brain" where my mind feels like it was in a microwave and makes me very forgetful now when I was very very sharp and never forgot any details before but all things happen for a reason. Olive oil has been the number one thing though that has made the chemotherapy as smooth as it could possibly be. And according to my oncologist even after telling him I get dazed and don't feel present after the chemo leaves my body and it happens Randomly, he says I do better then a majority of people when it comes to the side effects and my numbers always looking good(but I never told him I was taking olive oil even though he is very nice because I know all doctors know is medicine and don't want him changing out adding more chemo medications to the IV if he thinks something something lol).
I take flax seed oil as well which helps a lot with the brain fog as well. But still I get forgetful and dazed it randomly but only for moments at a time, when he says others feel it the entire treatment but mines leaves and most don't, they they feel that way almost 24/7 so I feel lucky and pray for the people who go through chemo worse then me.
But if I don't forget I will watch your videos too see what's recommended on things I may not have caught it knew about
I'm sorry for the long comment. It definitely took a lot off my chest as well thank you.
