Fantastic actor. One of the best out there.

When I first saw him in the Sopranos, I saw him as an average actor. After listening to him here and on Talking Sopranos, I've gained a lot of respect for him and his commitment to his craft. Props.
Michael Imperioli is a tremendous actor. Wow this man is great in everything he is in. Thank you .You are an inspiration and you were my favorite character on the Sopranos. However, your work before and since had been fantastic. I love your passion and your knowledge of the art. You are an inspiration.
His dance scene in Goodfellas is fantastic.
Not to mention screen writer, producer and a director
I like how Robert is sitting on his coffee table instead of the actual couch. Classic AJ

Christophuh was a great character on the Sopranos.
Looking back now and what I now know about him, he is definitely underrated.
Totally!I watched the Sopranos for the first time a few weeks ago. It's amazing. The Christopher character easily could have been cliché but it was not. It was incredible

Yes!! I can’t listen to this song without getting sad
Michael Imperioli is obviously highly intelligent and really good at what he does. He's a joy to listen to honestly.
he thinks the jersey devil, big foot and the bermuda triangle are real and he has no idea of his "religion" buddhism, he chose. The way he described reincarnation and karma showed that he is too stupid to see the obvious flaws of these concepts.
He's not stupid, I also wouldn't accuse other people of being unintelligent when you can't even capitalise words correctly.@@john1-29_aka_LHT-LFA
He’s a democrat too

Michael Imperioli was one of the best cast members . You can also tell that Jamie Lynn is a genuine .. super nice person
I like that she isn't afraid to be seen without a ton of make-up. A great natural beauty.
“That’s my money, Paulie!!!

I've watched the sopranos from the first season to the last over 10 times. And everytime I watch that show I find something new. Its like layered with all these details and its standing the test of time. I honestly, with the bottom of my heart, do think that no show will ever compare to the Sopranos.
I’m Busy watching everything for the 35th time 🤔🤔 it never Gets bored.
Huge fans. We called our eldest Son James. 😂
(We are Dutch and the name James wasn’t really populair over here then)
You still catch things on the 20th, 30th, 50th time watching. Have fun
Sopranos is my all time favorite show. I always have it on as background while im working. Best acting. Michael played Chris perfectly
Michael is a legend. Love talking sopranos and hearing his voice after so many years is like seeing an old friend again after many years apart.
"When I came to open up one morning, there you were with your head half in the toilet, your hair was in the toilet water...disgusting".
"I told you, I had the flu".
"I said my piece, Chrissy!".
"What, I cant even defend myself?!"

He’s playing card with Dicky Moltisanti and Mikey Palmice. 3 o clock. He loses every hand.
Chris is one of the best portrayals of addiction in any media ever. Not to mention being one of the funniest people on the show which is saying a lot. Michael Is one of the best
I wish James was still alive. Rip legend
I love the Sopranos stuff when it comes up, but I also like how Pajama Pants is becoming like a safe space for castmembers who have already been asked about The Sopranos 100,000 times since the show ended. It's like the one place where being on the greatest show of all time can be just sort of this understood commonality in the background
Jamie nailed it - MI’s voice can be identified out of a million people
Christopher Moltisanti was the character I most identified with because, in my 20’s I was very impulsive and I can remember being 24 and pissed at the world because I wasn’t running it yet. I had opportunities where, if I had applied myself and had patience, would have really paid off down the road but it was just the impatience of youth I guess. That’s what I always liked about the character. He really captured the frustration and impatience of youth.
Kassem G., Thanks for the great question in re. Michael's writing for the show. I always wanted to learn how that commenced.
Somebody call Chris a taxi. He'll never pass a drug test.
If only those girls had stopped maybe Christopher would maybe made it a couple episodes lol

Michael imperioli is one of the coolest dudes to interview. So down to earth and he explains things so well. His interviews are always awesome. His take on acting is interesting as hell

Sopranos pilot was shot the month before I was born, August 1997. I could rewatch this show every day, never get bored of it.
Greatest show of all time
Michael Imperioli, I wish You could do lectures for acting teachers. For teachers in general. And for the directors. Many of them have killed so many dreams by being angry, by yelling at their students and by controlling the situation. True. It shuts an actor down.
Even 30+ years later, he is so humble and down to Earth. What a great man.
I love his scenes in sopranos when he’s in those acting classes and he was like the best student when he made himself cry even though it was based on a character who was learning to act that shows talent being a talented actor who is betraying someone who is learning how to become an actor seems tough like when you see these actors who read lines or do plays on a show and they have to act like they’re horrible at it that’s always cracked me up
The amount of pure love and respect and understanding towards one another, on a spiritual and humanitarian level is so commendable in this episode! Good job guys! greetings from Beirut, Lebanon!

I can't get enough of PJ Pants and Talking Sopranos. I am so impressed with Robert and Jamie Lyn. It is great to get everyone's insight and see that you are all genuinely funny, smart, decent people. I have to say Michael was so right with the Spider scene to make drinks facing the people. In bartending school we were told not to turn our backs to to make drinks. You're supposed to face the customer.
I'm so glad that Californication was brought up. Michael Imperioli was so great on that final season and his work with Heather Graham in that season was brilliant
Michael is a fine storyteller and raconteur, I get very comfortable listening to him. Love that he digs novels, the Vonnegut quotes were also warmly received.
Tony warned he was gonna suffocate Chrissy after he got high and sat on Corsette. He said, "I ought to suffocate you, ya little prick" lol
Oh Yeah also Christopher referred a couple times Tony dying from a heart attack obviously not knowing that's actually how James died, that must haunt him I'd have thought ?, very sad
There’s a lot of little clues throughout. Such a clever show
My favorite line from him was the one where him and Paulie chasing down the "interior decorator": "his place looked like shit" :)
Pine Barrens. S3

Just finished the Sopranos a 2 days ago, nice to see what the cast looks like today after the show ended 13 years ago! Still can't watch another tv show/movie because I am still in a hangover in the Sopranos' universe
Interesting fact: in Good Fellas Michael gets shot in the foot at the restaurant. Years later, in the Sopranos, Michael shoots the baker at the bakery in the foot for not serving him first. Sort of a scene recycle.
Peter Wayne “it happens”
@David Calderon Right when he makes him leave the bakery!
Homage is the word you're looking for.
@David Calderon didn't think anyone else noticed that
Bakery -You shot me in the foot

I am addicted to the sopranos. Long live Tony soprano
Life long addiction tbh.
I loved the series finale of the Sopranos as much as one could love watching the end of their favorite show. If The Sopranos could have ran forever always sustaining such a high level of quality and satisfaction for all (viewers and cast & crew alike) it would, but it can't, no show can, and that in itself brings a variable of dissatisfaction that will always serve as an obstacle to ending a great story.

The Sopranos is the apex of TV. It'll never be that good again. Ever.
I have a hard time watching any other show, to be honest. The Sopranos felt so real and the dialogue was so amazing that you couldn't pull away. I saw Bobby Baccala was on some cop show on CBS and I felt terrible for him. Imagine going from something like the Sopranos to Blue Bloods? Lol. At least he's making good money, I assume.
