Hello Friends! A few people have asked how to bow the scraper in this holder design. There are a few simple was to do this. I found the easiest was to use two 3256 washers epoxied together. Then loosen the wing nuts and place the washers in the center. Tighten the wing nuts until the scraper is secure and you see a bow in the center. It works like a charm. Remove the washers when storing the scraper & holder.
@spiltcore I'm glad you mentioned this. There is plenty of room to add a couple of washers. I used two 3256 washers epoxied together, placed them in the center and tightened the wing nuts. It works beautifully!

I have to make one of these, now. Thanks, Eric.
Is the scraper sitting flat in the holder? If you wanted it slightly bowed, is there room to drop a washer in as a spacer during assembly?
