  • A traditional and classic new year cookies, easy to bake and delicious. Childhood memories burst in every bite.
    Traditional peanut cookies
    Ingredients:
    300g Ground peanut
    300g Low protein flour
    150g Icing sugar
    180g Peanut oil
    1 nos egg yolk
    1 tsp milk
    Steps:
    1) Add in ground peanut, low protein flour and icing sugar. Mix well.
    2) Add in peanut oil. Mix all the ingredients well incorporate and form a dough.
    3) Take out a small portion (around 6 or 7g) shape into a ball.
    4) Press lightly to flatten the surface and press a circle on the middle with a straw.
    5) Egg wash the surface.
    6) Bake in a preheat oven 170c for 15 minutes.
    This recipe yields about 160 cookies.(About 2 and half small can and the size as per shown at the end of the video)

    1茶匙 牛奶
    做法:
    1)把花生碎, 低筋面粉,糖粉混合均匀。
    2)加入花生油,搅拌均匀至成团。
    3)取出小团(大约6至7克)搓成小圆球。
    4)轻压表面整平,用吸水管按压出小圆圈。
    5)刷上蛋黄液。
    6)放入预热烤箱170度15分钟。
    这个食谱可做出大约160块饼(大概2罐半,饼罐的大小可参考如视频尾端)
