4 eggs
100 g sugar
20g honey
A pinch of salt
5ml vanilla extract
95g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
15g cocoa powder
45g milk
40g unsalted butter

200g dark chocolate
100g heavy cream (A)
15g starch syrup (OR Glucose)
5g unsalted butter (optional)
300g heavy cream (B)

35g sugar
5ml Kahlua (Option)
