Thank you sis. For this, I have searching for the video for long so educative . The procedure is long and takes much energy, I think that's why is now very expensive in Nigeria.
This is a great project 👍 I appreciate you greatly 🙏 Well-done to all the crew involved in the production of this video. You took me back to my basics as I was growing up. 😊
Thankyou for showing us the process. I wanted to buy a cassava root to make some tapioca puddi g at home. This definitely looks like alot of washing, rinsing and drying. I wo der if i can do this
Good job dear. Ive always wondered how it's made from Cassava. I want to try a new recipe with Tapioca tho. I'll be grinding those flakes into flour to make Boba
Thank you so much for this in dept knowledge. This video hasbeen so educative. Pls i will like to ask a question cause i tried it an it didnt become tapioca flakes. So my question is how dry should the starch be before roasting cause i completely dried mine. I will appreciate your response. Thank you ma.
Thank you for watching . We did not dry ours under the sun nor did we air dry it too , we just use the cloth and sand to suck the water out of it , sieve it then we continue to roast it .
Hiya, i just came across your channel and it’s lovely. I don't understand most of the things you say but you sound like fun😊. I'll be binge watching your videos. I just subscribed as well. Love from the UK.
Good work done my dear Thanks for promoting one of our staple foods. I like the background local music. My suggestion to you is that you could have shorten the process of mixing the cassava dough with water and that of sieving the "goma". You could have also shown us the decantation process. Good job anyway 👍
Hello I need a answer please I have made tapioca starch and I have leave the mixture in sun for sometime to settle the starch and it's giving me a smell what to do? Is it bad or good
The cassava was milled dear . I have a video title ; how to make yakayake and how to prepare and eat tapioca kindly check them out you will find all your answers there, tnx.
Please next time try to locate a clean hygienic environment to showcase your project. Most of the containers were on the ground instead of using a table.

When i was young, my aunt used to bring tapioca from Ghana
We don’t soak the cassava before grinding . We grind it fresh after uprooting .

How did you get the dough, is it through fermentation or grinding?

Thx u for this
You are welcome dear.
Good job Sis
Thank you .
Good learning , what is the difference in cooking with this and gari please
Gari is made with the main cassava and this is made with cassava starch 🥰
Pls which 1 was used for the tapioca, is it the 1 in the basket (upper part) or the 1 underneath
The underneath , that’s the starch.
I need to do this business in my country... Am a Ugandan.. How can I contact you for more research...?
You can DM me on Instagram @eatwithedem or send me a mail.
