Looks delicious minus the cheese. I think, especially, parmasan should be after cooking. As they are being served, cut potatoes open and sprinkle parmasan then. I bet it smelled heavenly, though ❤

I suggest cutting the potatoes in quarters so the flavors can really permeate the potatoes.
