@@kims1941 ??? you add it to the marshmallows then add the cinnamon toast crunch, just like you saw in the video. The cinnamon isn't going to stop food coloring absorption.
The end product is cute. Save money by using regular marshmallows. No need to buy special green peeps/grinches (whatever they were) for more money when you add green food coloring, anyway.
Very good call, I was about to say the same. It is just amazing how these so-called food influencers use these expensive ingredients. It's like they are paid to peddle these products. To the unsuspecting doe-eyed follower ready to believe everything.
@LarryCrandall-z2w my son doesn't like regular marshmallows but he does love peeps so I like that she's showing you other things that you call expensive ingredients
@krissyseay8338 She justine never once mentioned using regular marshmallows. That was the lady I was replying to who said, "Use plain marshmallows instead of expensive peeps or I say marshmallow cream. So get off back and follow Miss justine. She got plenty of followers and raking in the bucks to us the expensive process ingredients. Her motto should be "if I can't make it, using a box, bottle, bag or can. I don't have a backup plan on hand from when I began."
Yay she said 9x13. Very cute. If would be a good idea to dip the pretzels into the white coating to secure it into the tree like people do to secure cake pops
I think I might have used a sheet of foil, with the non stick side, in the pan, or similar nonstick baking parchment - easy to remove ready for cutting. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and yours and to your chat community. UK. E❤
They are so cute, and really big -- it may have been possible to get more by making them a little smaller.? And you can now get small cake decorating edible gold and silver stars, put one at the top. I love these videos that produce interesting dishes using some packet items. E❤ .
Totally darling and would be so fun to make with the family. Easy to use regular marshmallows with coloring if you wanted to. I thought of my mini m&m’s pressed in would look like little ornaments. I love this Justine! It’s so easy to make the tree shapes! And I also like the pretzel sticks for tree trunks. Will definitely make these next year if not this one. Christmas coming on too fast this year, so much to do. Thank you Justine and Merry Christmas! I’m doing your last year’s charcuterie board again this year, that cute Christmas tree board one. Yum! Thanks again! 🎄♥️💚🥰🇺🇸
These are so festive and cute. And so easy to "decorate" as there are so many small cake decorations to choose from.. Best wishes and Happy Christmas to all.l.
I've only been viewing Justine for a few months, I'll have to see if the charcuterie board video is stil available. Some of these presentations are really lovely, and can always be tweaked individually to cater for different budgets and food preferences, and quantities can be scaled down for smaller families. Happy Christmas to you and yours.
I used to love Peeps as a kid but I can't handle them anymore. I'm sure kids would love these. They came out really cute.
Can't you just get regular marshmallows green food coloring and holiday sprinkles?
@alyseh9539 If I was going to make this that's exactly what I would do. It would be cheaper, too.
@@emmel4fun I always try different cereals. I feel like these would be great with cinnamon toast crunch 🤤
@@alyseh9539 I don't know how well green food coloring would adhere to the loose cinnamon sugar.

I used to enjoy peeps when I was a kid but now that im an adult naw 😢
I have some envy for your meat cleaver-like cutting "knife", that's one piece of magnificent kitchen equipment. . E❤
I see from the comments this is Pioneer equipment - /will have to Google it. E❤
All you would have to do large gar of marshmellow add food coloring and rice krispies save money and time.😉
Cute Justine.
Love the trees❤. Great Idea. I hate peeps so I will use Reg marshmallows & green food coloring.
Love it
I HV THT PIONEER WOMAN KNIFE AND LOVE IT, MINE IS SMALLER VERSION
Yummy 😋
Peeps are $10 per pack at Joanne now! These were the holiday designed peeps. No, I refused to buy them of course!😮
Use plain marshmallows, much cheaper
Cute sweetheart
Cute idea but I can't stand Peeps. 😊
Use regular marshmallows. Cheaper that way.
Cute!
3:07 "reinsurance" ? Do you mean assurance?
She might mean reinforcement.
@@kims1941 That makes sense.
Is this parody or not? I cant tell with these youtube recipes. 😂
I don't like peep marshallows.
Too much butter
It's cute idea. But all 3 cause cancer peeps, rice crispies, and food dye coloring. 😮🤢.
Christmas is spelled with a capital "C"
