Whenever my mother would make fried potatoes (to accompany many different things: eggs, zucchini, pickled peppers, sausage, roasted peppers, etc) my sister and I would tell her to burn the potatoes! We enjoyed them very crispy. Maybe we thought they were more like potato chips! Gina, you look beautiful and so young!!! I'm so happy to see you and to cook with you.
