"Obviously the roasted potatoes are only one part of the meal..."
Nah, bro. That's the meal. I could eat only those for dinner and be totally thrilled with it.

Jamie is the best when he starts to go sightly insane as he is explaining technique. Fun to watch as his eyes get all wobbly and he wants to grab the camera by the collar. Def passionate about his food.

Nathan Hallisey what has he used that is a “fancy” ingredient? Clementine maybe I’ll give you. Sage rosemary olive oil all pretty standard

that was just a joke, since gennaro had made a product placement video with the bertolli butter. It was a bit ironic because he almost always uses plain olive oil in his pasta dishes >.< :D

This was wonderful to see. I can't wait to make these potatoes for my husband.

This is phenomenal! You simply cannot beat the old roast spuds and you give us 3 versions? Thanks mate. I make roast spuds plus parsnips peeld, cut lengthways, boiled 5 minutes and tossed in half flour, half Parmesan s&p, and laid next to spuds in pan. Check them after 25 minutes or so for doneness. Have fun.
