    La ringrazio tanto per le risposte, sono state attinenti ed esaustive. Io penso che la verità sia quella da lei citata, ma c'è qualcosa di misterioso nel fatto che la mente possa sviluppare un'intenzione capace di trasformare l'energia. L'essere umano è davvero qualcosa di inesplicabile.

    Thank you Sensei Yang for your teaching. As you advised, I rewatched Internal Style Concepts (64) and Internal Style Concepts (42) videos.
    I have two related questions.
    1. By the words "Stabilizing the body center". you mean sinking the chi to Dantian? Beside stabilizing physically the initiate posture?
    2. What are the characteristics of internal Dantian rotation? What exactly is rotated if not varied tissues such as muscles, tendons and facia?

    I found this highly enlightening. It is a concept I thought I understood and didn't really give much attention too. I now realize that was an error. Thank you! Or I should say thank you again, since this isn't the first time I've gotten such insight and inspiration.
