Thank you Sensei Yang for your teaching. As you advised, I rewatched Internal Style Concepts (64) and Internal Style Concepts (42) videos. I have two related questions. 1. By the words "Stabilizing the body center". you mean sinking the chi to Dantian? Beside stabilizing physically the initiate posture? 2. What are the characteristics of internal Dantian rotation? What exactly is rotated if not varied tissues such as muscles, tendons and facia?
I found this highly enlightening. It is a concept I thought I understood and didn't really give much attention too. I now realize that was an error. Thank you! Or I should say thank you again, since this isn't the first time I've gotten such insight and inspiration.
Thank you for your Dedication to dispelling Misunderstanding and sharing Wisdom.🙏🦋🌬🕊

Interesting video again Masters Hai! Thank you!👋🇫🇮
Thank you for sharing all those things and for trying to explain them in english (for non-asian cultures)

I will find a chance to answer those questions for you. They need a video to talk about them in details.

You are very welcome.
Really like the image with the 8 internal rotation of the hip dantian.
