My 12 year old daughter has oily skin and acne prone skin. She is currently using LaRochPosay acne cleanser, acne toner and acne cream along with the hero mighty patches for bigger blemishes. We are not seeing improvements. Is there anything that you could recommend? Thank you in advance!!
Is the acne cream have adapalene in it? If not I would add adapalene (eg diferin) 3 nights a week and increase as tolerated. Sometimes it can make acne flare before it gets better
How can I know that my cleanser is not harsh? the first couple of times I used my cleanser my face felt like it’s burning
