1 large clove garlic, finely minced
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

½ cup fresh cilantro
⅓ cup olive oil
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 lime, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoon water (if needed to thin out)

I am a avid thrift store shopper lol... I found these jars at a thrift store. I think they were strawberry jam jars at one point.

They would but if you put lemon juice on them and you're going to eat it that day that'll keep them from turning. Other than that, I would add them at the last minute.
