200 Push Ups A Day For 30 Days (Body Transformation)

  • I decided to do 200 push ups per day for 30 days to see if I could get some nice results. As it turns out, I think I had an amazing body transformation. In this video I share with you my journey and the vitamins and supplements I used to aid my progress. I didn’t spend a lot of money on these products and of course they are not essential, or recommended. I’m just telling you what I did and took to be as transparent as possible.
It took me over 30 days to do these 6000 push ups and I really don’t have any regrets. I feel great, I look better, and I’m starting to see some serious progress. I’d like to continue and see what happens in 60 days, and I might work on some other muscle groups too and try to make some more videos similar to this. I’ve always wanted to be fit but lacked the motivation and I feel making videos of my progress helps keep me on track.
I also like the idea of helping to motivate and inspire other people to try a similar 30 day challenge to see if you can transform your own body. I can’t recommend you try this because everything has it’s safety risks and whatever challenge you choose to do should fit your individual needs. You don’t need to do 200 push ups per day for 30 days to get fit, but you need to be dedicated and make time for your pumps regardless of your schedule.
Thank you so much for liking and sharing this content it helps me tremendously on my way towards self sufficiently chasing my life goals.

@@OffgridSecrets Download a crypto wallet for your crypto of choice and you can receive donations.
Id sudgest ADA/ Cardano as you can steak it (like mining but just leaving it in your wallet) and your receive payments every 5days just for holding it and you could even start your own steaking pool and other ADA holder can put their steak in your pool which earns you funding. best you do a bit of crypto research before you do anything and happy to advise.

All of my life I've hated fitness. Was forced while in school, though, but managed to get rid of most of it.
Then there was that contest for entering Iberia... Pilots have to undergo a lot of tests, and some were on physical fitness and on life-saving techniques. So, there I was, 28 and with bronchitis, having no physical training at all. Multiple tests: 3km (nearly 2 miles)-long run, then, 100m (110 yards approx), then 50 m swimming, then 100 push-ups in one minute, then other such tests as lifting weight, etc. - and finally saving a dummy in a pool, pulling it to and then lifting it to a raft (it was heavy), then dummy 'resuscitation' with cardiopulmonar pushings and mouth blowing .... I managed to pass all those tests in time. Not easy, though.

don't worry about the muscle development, the main thing is that great fat loss, get it off, keep it off, should start seriously by age 35 but definitely by 40, a lifelong pursuit like education, etc. Fat is the enemy, only exception if you fall overboard from that ferry in frigid waters and need to float warm til coast guard shows up.

6000 pushups in 30 days..... Would it work if i spread it out over a longer period of time. What if i did 1 pushup a day for 6000 days? It would take me 16.5 years to complete but would i get the same results? 🙂
    Nice abs fella!

    • @OffgridSecrets

I don’t think it would work the same but you should try it and make the video and share it with us in 16 years. Or do 2 a day for 8 years. 4 a day in 4 years. 8 a day for 2 years. Or 16 a day for 1 year. 32 a day for 6 months. 64 a day for 3 months. 128 a day for a month and a half . Take your pick. I’m guessing the faster the better. But also muscles need time to rest to grow best so I think every other day technically would be best.

@@OffgridSecrets Well I can't post a link here but there's a ton of videos on it and they all will all tell you that you're not going even close to all the way up. Your results were okay, but would be a lot better with good form.

Actually those were text book push ups for building muscle. The guy got great results, didn’t get injured and reached his goal so maybe more people should be doing push-ups with “improper form.”
I’m curious so please educate me. How specifically would his 30 day results have been way better if he would have done his push ups the way you think he should have? Would his chest be an inch bigger? His back an inch bigger? Would he have lost 2 percent more body fat?

@@JohnWilliams-dy5dz My Drill Sargeant would disagree with you vehemently on that, but I'm not here to judge. Do whatever you want, but calling that a "text book push up" is laughable.
