With Invisalign after I've finished eating/drinking, should I brush my teeth immediately, as I was told it's best to wait at least 30 mins because it can damage the enamel. What do you advise? Also, is it safe to water floss immediately or should I wait 30 mins again?
Yes, it is highly recommended to wait for brushing however flossing is ok though. Having gum and oral health is a priority for Invisalign or Braces to enable the best possible result.
