I had mine done nearly 3 weeks ago, the feeling is unbelievable. I had the Zygoma top done and bottom, apart from a bit of swelling on day 4-5, I didn't even have to take painkillers. Pain level was a 3/10. Cannot recommend highly enough. Best money i ever spent on myself, ever. No missing teeth now, no hot cold pain, no more nurofern or antibiotics and finally, although still on a soft diet, i can feel the food being shredded in my mouth when chewing. Walked out of CAID with teeth, on the day of surgery, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I couldn't, so overwhelming. My advice...….Don't be afraid, you wont regret it. Dr Fibishencko and staff, all i can say is. UNBELIEVABLE......................................................AND THANK YOU
We are so happy to hear that you are loving your new teeth Frank!! Thankyou for your kind words, we are looking forward to seeing you this week for your 3 week review!

first time I've heard a dentist be open and honest about the cost. due to chemo and radiation I lost all my teeth. I don't think I'll ever be able to afford these but I hope and pray one day it'll be possible

Go to Mexico or something. America is a complete ripoff when it comes to dental and medical. You can literally go on a month vacation get the implants done buy a 3 new iphones and it'll still be wayy cheaper that if you got them done In the US
I paid near 50k full mouth implants 6 on the top 4 in the bottom plus I needed bone graft… it took a year to get everything done… now I got that million dollar smile 🙌
@@cetinkeles7904 Funny thing is these procedures can be done at home but most people are too ignorant and think there's some king of magic when it comes to inserting 4 bolts into the jaw bone, which is why dentists can nickle and dime you so hard.
No I don't and had my teeth all pulled four months ago. At low income dental clinic. I don't have dentures that will happen eventually. Probably not for year or little longer. If you don't have money and get depressed. Watching things like this. Why do you put yourself through that??? You feel sad already please don't do this to yourself.
@@cetinkeles7904 👏Insanity! This was in 2022. Now, it’s probably $75k for upper and lower just to have a proper smile. I’m not blaming the doctor, just pointing out that something is very wrong with the system.
I have been without teeth for 23 years and am low income also live in Oregon state so I never will be able to eat, smile without covering my mouth and never actually be happy again. There is no way I could afford Dental implants nor travel to Australia. I am so glad that they are helping people get their smiles back and such, they are amazing people, I hope they keep on being healthy and saving smile after smile.
I hear ya buddy. My teeth ( or what's left of them) are terrible. I went to clearchoice and got an estimate to get them done. $57k... the payment plan they offered was over $800 per month. There is no way I will ever be able to afford this.
thats cuz the dentist wants EACH patient to fully cover the cost of their one time cost perm equipment each time. so they can make tons of money. greed drives it. the cost they quoted you ist he one time cost it costs them to get set up to do implants for decade. think about it
That’s what I paid and pulled it out of my 401K retirement. Just told them it was for a surgery that way I didn’t get penalized for taking it out early. That way you could pay it back into your account if you wanted to replace what you took out.
When I see these ads, I realize how lucky I am of having my teeth in excellent condition at my 57 years of age. It makes me brush, floss and going to my rutine checks more often and happy.
Cost of the actual pins and teeth don’t scare me. I have a boney occlusion on the roof of my mouth that eliminates me be a candidate for dentures. I have to get pins n teeth. I have half broken and missing teeth along with minor amounts of bone loss in my jaw. I’ve been through the entire work up for estimate twice here in the States. Since the initial surgery takes a cranial surgeon, the better of the two estimates was $80,000 . The more quality was $110,000 for everything. Cigna covers some but not nearly enough. Without rebuilding my mouth, I could die before I should. I’m shortening my life dramatically. If only insurance would cover it but they don’t. I can’t get financing. I know I’m not alone. Without money, bad oral health will kill you. No problem for the rich. I’m middle class and can’t do it. Try to come up with $80,0000. I like how he says “how do you put a price on this”. EXACTLY! Yet, there is a price and with no money, you suffer with infections after infections. It effects your job and family. Nobody will help. They think of this as cosmetic and I wish with all my soul that was true. I’m on proteins shakes and can’t even eat basic things anymore. Down to 128 pounds. It isn’t about having a happy smile ……it’s about staying alive and yet there is absolutely nothing that can be done. If your heart get bad, your liver, kidneys, lungs….insurance covers it no problem. For whatever reason, insurance doesn’t cover and the doctors that do these surgeries generally don’t take insurance anyway. If you can’t pay, you suffer a slow painful death. Sounds dramatic but it isn’t….it is the truth.
Wow...thats really sad! I have always believed that Dental care should be covered by Insurance in the same way that Medical care is, with no limitations, especially if there is a Medical necessity for certain procedures. Also, maybe you should start a Go Fund Me page and notify your local New Media outlets of your plight. Maybe your story will be picked up, and get some National exposure. All it would take is 80,000 kind and sympathetic people just Donating A Single Dollar....and you would have the amount that you need!
@@georgeandy6923 I’ve thought about it but something bothers me about taking $10 from a stranger who’s heart is bigger than their wallet. Couldn’t do it. It’s what my maker, my God, gave me and it’s my fight. I’m still exploring ways to get this done. It’s actually come down in cost over the last year which is encouraging. I didn’t explain how this happened in my initial comment. I was in a car accident years ago that caused internal injuries. Most things healed really well no problems. One organ that damaged is my pancreas. From the trauma, it’s partially calcified. I live with severe chronic pancreatitis. Basically, there are occasions that my pancreas goes ape shit. It over produces specific enzymes that enter my blood stream. Those enzymes destroy soft tissue and it was recently discovered it also destroys tooth enamel. 13 years ago I had a perfect natural mouth full of teeth. 12 years ago was the car accident. Since then my teeth have slowly decayed , cracked, fell apart etc. Toward the beginning of this when it started happening, I went to one dentist who was a real asshole. He had the nerve to ask me if I did drugs. I was so embarrassed. I asked him if he read my medical history on my paperwork and he said he did. What a liar! He would have seen I was damn near killed when a truck never stopped for a red light and decided to use my car as a dukes of hazard style ramp. Doctor was saying I had meth mouth. Wow. Ironically, work in medicine in a pretty cool role at a biotech specializing in amniotic tissue for ocular surface diseases. LoL, meth. Maybe I should try it !
I sure wish dental care was affordable for everyone..Not everyone can afford what should be affordable for everyone. It is so expensive..and teeth are a necessity..so some of us...can not afford to get dental work ..yet don't want to pull all our teeth..so we live in pain & embarassment.
This is so true and proof of how inhumane and corrupt our country is. Think about it , if they gave everyone free implants it would eliminate any further dental emergencies and all other dental work. Sadly we hand over billions of dollars to a foreign country, pay for illegal immigrants, give billions of dollars in porked up democratic bills for things like Pakistan gender studies. But when it comes to the quality of life for citizens (which every politician claims to care so much about )....no one gives a damn. Too bad, trump was tackling health care next. Please vote this joke of an administration out!
A friend had his done overseas at a fraction of the cost. Might be worth you looking at. That includes air fares and month holiday too. It was before Covid so a few years ago now...
My teeth are so bad my dental work is suppose to be between 25k-30k SO FAR. Ive done NONE of it because my kids need braces ($7.5k each) of course they getting them… Seems like Mom will have to keep her bad teeth forever ☹️
I’m one year and three months in on full mouth upper and lower implants. All extractions and then 6 months healing. Upper 4 implants then installed, months later uncovered for a total of 6 more months. At that point the lower 4 implants were installed. This was 3 surgeries, numerous full X-rays, and follow-ups for a cost of $40,000. This doesn’t include $1,800 for temporary full dentures done by my dentist. Now nearly a year and a half later I’m scheduled to go back to my dentist for the process of the new implants all on 4 times 2, (top and bottom). This will be at least another $30,000 depending on what level of quality I choose. So the industry saying done in a day, etc is a fairy tale. The true costs out of pocket is well into the price of a luxury car. Hope this sheds some light!
I had teeth extracted then both arches fitted with All On 4, using the zygomatic procedure Dr Fibishenko had me in on a Tuesday morning, to extract the remaining teeth and fit the implants, I went home that afternoon with temporary teeth. returned Wednesday afternoon and had the permanent teeth fitted, that process took less than an hour. Before I committed, the costs were fully explained to me in writing after my initial consultation with Dr Fibishenko, who explained my options and any risks involved. I am completely satisfied and extremely pleased with the results, they delivered exactly what they promised.
13k upfront to do two lower implants and attach a denture I already had. I’m thinking damn 13k I don’t have this so my mom told me to take a loan against my house for 80K and get everything done. I said mom that’s so impractical to pay a 30 loan on dental work. That’s when my world change. I flew Colombia which is an amazing country I want to only try it and not do everything in one shot. I received the lower implant exactly the same implants you receive in the USA for 1200 plus he attracted the current snap in denture. It only took the dentist 35 minutes to complete for 1200$ a perfect job It was a beautiful modern office top notch equipment. I made another appointment to have 6 more implants done on top. In essence the dentist in America wanted to make 12,000$ for one hour work on the bottom implants. I had the other 6 upper implants done weeks later everything was perfect. Total time he spent on me no more than 2 hours total cost upper 4500$ lower was 1200$. Moral of the story American dentist are crooks and it’s a smile. Be smart dental tourism is huge. Im not Spanish and never felt unsafe in Colombia
What part of Colombia, and also is it safe ? And did they have a hotel to stay while your teeth are getting done? And how many days do you need to be there?
Finally A honest dentist usually they say it's gonna let you know how much and then NEVER TELLS you EVER. NOT Here HE TALKS YOU EVERYTHING U NEED TO HEAR. Great great video great information that's what I've been waiting to see and if you're looking for information look no further you won't find better Thanks Dr for KEEPING IT 💯💯👍👍👍👍🏆🏆🏆🏆🤜🤛🔝🏆
Go to Mexico. Those dentists have way more experience because they have more clients coming from all over the world. They are cheaper/ affordable and they look very good. They give you beautiful teeth. I have seen them in person. Go there and then come back and buy yourself a Rolls Royce. These dentists here are greedy ripoffs artists! If they wanted to make what a doctor makes they should have went to school longer.
i traveled all over the world for work here in new york they wanted 40,000 3year ago did my research found a top dentist who was the best i was going for all on 4 price was 8000 and would take 8 days start to finish also i dont like pain and was knock out after he finish he told me he had to do a bone graft on the top and he did all on 8 top and bottom and he did charge me anymore he said that the price he gave was it with airfare and a 5star hotel was total was under 10,000 it will be 3 years soon and no problems and never had pain
Wow, I am so heart broken with this due to I had an extraction about 20 months ago and my dentures do not fit right so I was told I need upper bone graph (9 months healing) then 8 screws (6 months healing) then when I saw my denturist she also informed me that I would need dentures that will fit my mouth (another 6/8 grand) IF I would of known this before I decided to do this change I would of not done this! I was also told I have a mutant mouth too, its a rare thing. So hearing the prices I am like wow. and sad. This had also caused me deep depression too.
I had also done one on four implants and my teeth also don't fit. They are very uncomfortable. The dentist who did my teeth give me refund for the teeth, not for the implants but now I have problem to find somebody who would be willing to do my new teeth. And that's not easy, no-one wants to do it.
Thank you for your STRAIGHT honesty! Every other video I have seen always talk around the most important thing a potential customer want to know, and that is the COINS! so thank you. If I was in your location, I would definitely seek your services.
I’m a dental technician first in crown and bridge, now in removables and I find this interesting. I see you use titanium, here in the U.S. where I work we use vitalium. We use an injection system for our dentures but also do have several milling machines for most of the other things we make. I believe implants are the way to go if the person’s mouth is able to handle them. As for the crown and bridge aspect they eliminate the need for bridges on simple 3 unit bridges. If the crown or bridge were to need removing, the doctor can easily remove it. On the removables side, as you have shown, the denture is held in quite nicely. Thanks for your video.
@@bluewaters3100 I’m not sure if Medicare covers them, I think you would have to call and ask them. As far as price quotes, around here doctors charge a lot for them. There needs to be legislation honestly on what they can charge. I think the current rate is around 5,000 per tooth but again you would have to call the clinic and ask what they charge in your area. I think the price includes the oral surgeon fees but ask about everything just to be sure. I just make the teeth, not actually in a dentists office but in a dental laboratory. We have a heads up on stuff though.
@@bluewaters3100 Medicare Dose not cover dental. In the US all the dentist are in the same union so they all decied on prices togeather in advance its is a very Predetory and Riged system they have going. It will cost you upward of 50-90 k for full mouth. They will also try hard to get you to sign up for a Loan. That loan will have a redciulous Intrest rate and will bankrupt most people. Sadly right now in the US you options are to suffer ,or pay as much as 50 k. This is why Dental tourism is so big. Most folks end up going to Mexico and get their work done. Before anyone says "well I bet the care isnt as good " you would be wrong. Mexico has some of the best dental schools globaly, and the cost to be a Dentist in Mexico is like 6-7 grand US so they have a ot of very qualified Dentist. Due to low cost of Rent and Low wages the cost for dental is 60-70% less than in the US.

Guys if you’re loosing bone invest in a water pick and use it daily! And please quit smoking.. I did .. $28000 for periodontal and orthodontics .. please save yourself the grief just take care of your mouth like two three times daily
I'm doing that now I bought the Sonic fusion 2.0 water flosser and toothbrush and use it half hour after breakfast and before going to bed I put a little bit of hydrogen peroxide and my teeth feel healthy, strong and whiter and my gums are no longer bleeding and they have a healthy pink color, but unfortunately I neglected my teeth before that and I'm missing 3 of the bottom molars, so I might eventually have to get dentures unless implants become more affordable.

I've gotten 3 different estimates, and yes this is the average cost, give or take a few thousand. I can't wait till the costs go down like lasik. I live in San Diego, so i know a few people who went to Tijuana and had it done for half the costs. Some went well, some didn't so you just have to take your chances.
I live in the Midwest, and have a friend who took his wife to Mexico to get her dental implants. Obviously there was a few grand in travel and lodging they spent, but all-in he spent less than $20k. So I assume the implants were around $15k. This was 5-6 years ago though. They were very happy with the outcome. I personally don't have it in me to travel to a foreign country to get dental implants, as I'd likely settle with just getting dentures. If you're willing to make the trip, there's a lot of potential savings. You just need to be very careful and thorough when vetting the place you're going.

We don’t put a price on our health, the health industry does, and especially the dental industry. If one has what passes for dental insurance, it’s very limited. Periodontal insurance is ridiculously expensive, and won’t cover “cosmetic” procedures, such as replacing bad teeth, which doesn’t seem superfluous when you have to go through life day to day with noticeably bad or missing teeth. I’m not calling out this doctor, as many of you have said, at least he’s being reasonably up front about the pricing (although, did I miss the cost of extraction? I didn’t notice anything speaking to that), but I wonder if insurance stopped covering dental properly because it became too expensive, or if it became so outrageously expensive after the insurance companies began demurring on coverage. Either way, it ends up being the same outcome. You can immediately tell someone’s income level by the quality of their teeth.

We offer a number of payment plans and finance options to give people the best chance of receiving the treatment which can be viewed here: allon4.com.au/dental-implant-cost ( scroll to bottom of page). In Australia, Medicare does cover some of the anaesthetic cost but unfortunately no more than that, which is out of our control and if you have private health insurance then you may be able to claim a small amount back under 'major dental' aswell. People may wonder why this treatment is so expensive and we have written an article explaining why, which you can read here: allon4.com.au/news/the-cost-of-all-on-4. To answer your question, extraction of any remaining teeth is included in the price of the treatment.
As a healthcare provider your comment about knowing someone's teeth according to their income.. That's rude. I've taken care of many Homeless people that literally have beautiful teeth. I've taken care of CEOs, celebrities etc with millions and their teeth were terrible.. I can see the kind of negative person you are however you should throw caution when speaking on something you know nothing about. Respectfully
When you are on a fixed income, like me & Medicare might pay for two extractions, then you either get dentures or just use the few remaining teeth. I checked with Clear Choice & implants on the bottom & temporary dentures on top, financed thru them is $38,000. That is $310.00/month for 9 years. Since I am 66, I'll be 75 when it is paid off & since I have numerous health issues, I'll most likely not live long enough to pay them off. And the monthly cost may be the cost of a low end vehicle, what happens if I need a vehicle when mine quits? Walk? I also checked with a local endodontist. Implants on the bottom & a bridge of the top would be $15,000, but I have to get financing myself. I would have to send insurance forms to my dental insurance & Medicare. I would pay half up front & the remaining when procedure is completed. They also take Care Credit. I also checked with a regular dental clinic. The cost for full dentures is $4550. The only financing they have is thru Care Credit, otherwise I have to find my own financing.
I’ve spent 45k on my teeth already, 2 implants, and a ton of crowns. I have 4 teeth on the bottom of my mouth that need replaced and I’m considering all on 4 since there’s several. Seems more cost effective at this point to get the whole arch.
Hi there, All On 4 Plus is a permanent solution and is usually a one time surgery ( considering you look after your implants) therefore, given your situation which means you wouldn't have to deal with the constant upkeep of new treatments, which sounds like it could be an option for you. It's important to get a consultation so that we can assess if this would be the right solution for your current dental situation. If you are interested in booking a consultation with us, you can fill out the form here: www.allon4plus.com.au/contact
Professional dentists educated in California top universities with the same expertise and more experience practicing near the us border in mexico using the same materials did mine for 11,000 dollars .They are beautiful .
Would you be able to post videos regarding the maintenance of these implants? Like what the chances that some food goes under them and bacteria grows there. Or how long do they last? For worst case/best case and average? What are the long term side effects? If anything happen to them and you have, is it possible to have a new set of implants let's say after 20 years or so?!
I'm not convinced by the explanation of "we use a lot of costly technologies". We have a lot of things that are the result of costly technologies, yet the prices on them have come down and down. This is quite a commercial, but I don't hear anything new as to explanations to justify the tremendous cost. I have always wanted to see a true breakdown as to where the dollars go. Without that, I can't see how molded titanium and acrylic, and a dental procedure or three should cost the same amount as a car or small house. And it is also worth noting, many people have to have the arches replaced or repaired after 10 or 15 years, and sometimes the implant screws actually fail, which can leave the patient with only dentures as an option. Though it's possible, you can't count on these lasting a lifetime. And I don't think they carry a lifetime guarantee either.

I had base of tongue cancer, so I had a glossectomy and radical neck dissection. I cannot swallow. It’s almost impossible for me to sit back and have a dentist examine me for fear of aspirating and choking. I have been on feeding tube since 2017, so the implants wouldn’t be to assist in eating/chewing, but just aesthetic. I also have a bad cross-bite. I would never be able to afford this procedure since I am sure I’d have to be put under anesthesia. Great video. I have always been curious.
I will end up paying $25K for both arches (includes 5 bone grafts and IV Sedition) in Cancun MX. My final will be Crystal Ultra. The entire process will take 1.5 years which is actually positive since I'm paying after each treatment stage vs all at once.
I frequently play golf with a dentist who specializes in implants and he works 2-3 days a week. Needless to say, he appears to have a very high income and told me for a full mouth he would charge at least $60,000 and not a penny less??? I don't know how much a full mouth is in Mexico but I do know that one implant is less than $1,000 which compares with my US dentist who charges $5-$6,000 (I asked him). Dentists in both countries receive the same training, use the same tools, and implant the same quality tooth. Seems to be a lot of profit built in to US implants. We need some government controls over these shysters, perhaps price controls.
Goofy me should have got implants 23 years ago, when I was going to.had excellent insurance but fear set in.Settled for partials now have dentures, which definitely need replacing. Thinking about getting top denture implants. Will definitely go out of the country but I see they too are going up.Either way Ill be happy. Don't sweat the small stuff..people do what works for you.Kudos to your golf partner.....Life is great!

Hi Myron. We created this video to show people exactly what is included in the overall cost of the treatment, so that they can make informed decisions about whether they want to have the treatment or not. The question and conversation surrounding price is common especially when affordability may be an issue. We offer a number of payment plans and finance options to give people the best chance of receiving the treatment which can be viewed here: allon4.com.au/dental-implant-cost.
I don't think they mean that it is affordable for everyone. Most people like myself. Will get dentures. I never looked at how much implants cost. I knew it was not within my budget. I was already depressed over losing my teeth. Didn't see any reason too make myself feel any worse.
Dental tourism is the way to go I had 10 implants done over seas the same exact ones. The only difference was the price in America it cost you a house overseas it cost you a car.
Hi. The question and conversation surrounding price is common, especially when affordability may be an issue. At our clinic, we offer many payment options to give people the best chance of receiving the treatment. We have also written an article looking more in depth about the cost of All On 4 in Australia- which can be read here: allon4.com.au/news/the-cost-of-all-on-4
Very informative and appreciated, however please remove the music or at least lower the volume it's difficult to understand what's being said. The music overwhelms the vocal audio. Thank you.
I live in Portland Oregon & I'm 33 years old living with early congestive heart failure & single. When I was 23 I went through a breakup with the guy I'd been with for 5 years & I couldn't handle it so I, someone so anti drugs that I would judge anyone who smoked weed, ended up injecting heroin for 5 years. In that time I stopped taking care of myself to an extreme. I was so damn depressed, I went from caring too much about my appearance to no longer showering, brushing my teeth & grinding my teeth/clenching down my jaw when I'd do a shot because of the pain I was going through in my arms, barely eating (I was 97 pounds at 5'5), I just couldn't find it in myself to give a shit. I finally snapped out of it almost 5 years ago now. I had endocarditis for around a month & finally went to the emergency room when my lungs sounded like a bong from the amount of water they were filled with & my body hurt so bad I for 2 months was in the ICU for 30 days followed by the cardiology section for another 30 days. I've really improved my life in the 5 years but I can't date even though (this may sound conceited) I know I am a good looking woman, my self esteem has never been looks it's always been how painfully socially awkward I am, & insecurity from extreme bullying in middle school. But because I worry so much about my teeth I can't fathom dating so I haven't in 3 years. I have all my bottom teeth. No top teeth. I'm getting so depressed I'm honestly becoming so suicidal. It's gotten way worse recently as someone that I have been fond of from afar for years has noticeably taken an interest in me & has quickly gone in a few weeks from just being in the same building as me but not acknowledging me besides a glance every now & than, to opening the door for me, talking to me in line, changing his course to go in the same direction as I am, staring at me, etc. I've always had the ability to tell when I legitimately have a connection with someone & I can tell I do with him but my teeth are holding me back as they have been for 5 years now. It's getting me down even more knowing this should be improving my depression but it's increasing it because I know if I don't do something about my teeth soon I'm going to watch something that could have been a really positive thing in my life become a could have been. I'm already shy & nervous around someone I am interested in but with this person I'm flat out intimidated by him because he's extremely confident, outgoing, top tier good looking, dresses well, charming & honestly insanely a good catch. So on a normal basis even with teeth I'd be shyer than normal. I've already missed out on multiple opportunities including jobs, relationships, friendships, social media, etc. Because of this. I used to love going out & I've lost my late 20s already because of this holding me back. I just can't get dentures. I'd rather die honestly. If anyone has any suggestions on what the cheapest place, cheapest course of action for replacement uppers is, programs that could help, ways to get help with payment, etc. I've been leaning towards 2 implants per side + a bridge depending on how & when the payments are expected. I have medicaid & unfortunately 3 years ago they paid for bridges but don't now. Back when they did the dentist I had an appointment with effed up & gave me the type of numbing shots I wasn't supposed to have & my heart doctors had clearly stated I wasn't supposed to have because of my congestive heart failure. I almost freaking died, he gave me over 10 shots & my heart was beating out of control & sparatically & I couldn't breathe, I was heaving for air. I wish I had a video of how terrible it was for proof. So I didn't go back for a year & at that point they no longer paid for bridges. More horrifying experience than the endocarditis TBH. But PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANYTHING HELPFUL ON WAYS I CAN GET HELP WITH MY TEETH PLEASE COMMENT. I do work but make barely above minimum & my mom has offered to help pay but even together we can't pay $25,000 in 1 payment. I just feel like there's gotta be something out there that could help me have a smaller payment considering my heart issue, age, etc.
My suggestion is to do what I am going to do. Get traditional dentures. If your mom can help you. Then you probably could get nice set from Affordable Dentures. Implants expensive and unless dentist does them free for you. I also don’t know even if you had the money implant require oral surgery. I can imagine there would be risk on doing it on you. There is several months of recovery too.
Hi, you mention a second episode with cheaper or more costly alternatives for this procedure, but I cannot find the other video (only a 7yo which is less interesting). Have you done it yet and could you give the link? Great info in this video thanks, you do give a good idea of what is involved.
I’d LOVE to have them! But was told I have NO BONE left on the bottom to even wear my plate anymore let alone get the implants! I HATE going out even without my bottom plate. I used to just go go go and now, well I DONT!!
I feel you and have had the same situation. Extremely poor bone. I have had two full arches, and the upper didn't work (didn't attach to the bone) even after several months. They just did a second surgery on Friday and are trying again with my jaw and sinus areas. If they don't attach then, even after eating soft foods or liquids, I need to go to the cheekbones. I've paid $55K thus far and if they use zygomas (cheekbones) I will pay another $5K. I'm so worried it won't work. I do have so much more confidence with teeth. It's sad that I had to take a refinance of my mortgage to pay for them, and I know that many don't have this option so are just stuck with dentures that over time will be harder and harder to keep in the mouth. I may have to do that if the surgeries are unsuccessful. I hope you are able to feel more confident and get some assistance to help you smile again.
Hi Laura, We recommend coming to see us for a consultation where we can take x-rays to see if this treatment can be done for you! You can make an appointment through our website here: allon4.com.au/contact-us or give us a call at 1300 255 664.
@@heidiquayle5054 Hi. I am considering this procedure, pending some serious thought on finances. I read your comment with interest. Did you get your implants through the All on 4 Clinic?
i’m getting regular over dentures next week for too and bottom - i despaeatly want all on 4 implants but since i don’t have $50k laying around (who does) i may look at just doing too arch implants first and keeping denture for bottom - if i can even find insurance or financial aid/financing for it
Cost of Materials and Manufacture $102.73 (in 2022 USD) Everything else is lab, scanning, equipment, supplemental surgery, taxes, wages etc. I don't feel that dentists are the real villains here, at least they're not the only ones. Considering Implants are relatively new. I'm certain the dentists are still paying labs god knows how much for the specialized equipment needed for implant placement. And those labs who still don't own the equipment are making payments on that equipment as well. And I won't even bother covering building leases/rental employee wages etc. It's not like it was in the barber pole dentist era where you went to get a haircut drank half a bottle of rotgut passed out on the chair, and viola you're bad tooth is extracted for $1.19 "which BTW wasn't cheap in the barber pole dentists era." A lot of new & specialized equipment is involved with modern dentistry and specialized equipment receives a (five out of five $$$$$ rating) cost wise "every time." Now when the dust settles in 20 years when implants become commonplace and equipment is paid off then I will outright state it's all dentists.😂 Personally I don't want Implants, at least not the titanium post variety. Too much can go wrong on the individual level regarding titanium nickle alloy sensitivity "mostly the nickle". Not to mention the lack of haptic feedback that implants provide due to lacking the natural shock absorption layer found in natural teeth. I would be terrified of breaking one off to the tune of 6-10k "or more" if I hairline fractured the posts supporting bone structure. I keep up on things and I see that the patents on at least one method of total tooth regeneration have already been filed. Hopefully "species deletion withstanding" 40 years from now individuals can simply have stem cells inserted into the socket post extraction, and with careful laser manipulation get a new tooth out of the deal. And the offbeat yet necessary procedures of today, can become tomorrows barber pole era dentistry.
Thank you, I need a single implant for my lower back teeth (a molar), if I happen to need additional bone, how long might the whole process take and roughly how much I must be ready to pay here in Sydney? Thanks
Hi there, All On 4 Dental Implants is the replacement of all teeth not just one. Your local dentist should give you a quote of how much you should expect to pay.
I am in a very bad place from years of surgery and fighting disability. I've had several esophagus and stomach surgeries. On 6/28/20 my first tooth broke from the acid levels and the years t took to be taken seriously about the achalasia that chokes me everytime I try to eat. I'm losing so much weight and I need help. Do you do any pro bono dental I guess that's what it would be called. I was always proud of my teeth, now I can eat and I won't smile or go outside. Please help
Hi there. We offer a number of payment plans and finance options to give people the best chance of receiving the treatment, which you can view here ( scroll to the bottom of the page): allon4.com.au/dental-implant-cost.
I have denture implants up top and it cost me about $14-15,000 dollars and I'm down to about $3,000 left to pay. Now my bottom teeth are bad and I don't know what I do. They need to come out. I'm so upset over these dentists in the US and what they do to people. Medicare doesn't pay $hit for anything. We all work hard all our lives and get nothing back and then you die. It all sucks.
Dentures that are removable you could premium high quality set for the top and bottom. All your teeth pulled for the $15,000 you spent. Just for the top. You are on fixed income. Implants of any kind require maintenance. What were you going to do if the implants failed?? Or they get infected. Implants are for rich people. Who can afford the up front cost. That can afford the added cost for broken parts of implants. My husband is disabled we are on fixed income. It never entered my mind that getting implants. Was wise decision for me.
When I was like going to all these visits and letting them know how depressed I am now and saying "I want to smile without a mask" I used to have a great smile about 4 years ago I had a parasite ( I did not know at the time) I was losing weight so quick I was a chunky woman and now I am tiny, I had full strong hair but almost went bald, and then all my teeth were falling out so quick and was going to dentist often where I said just take them out. Wish I knew before my extraction.
Google low income dental care state and town you live in. That is what I did. They pulled all my teeth. The charge for pulling them. Was based on my income. They don't give you dentures. So right now I don't have any teeth. But year from now. I will get dentures. You should try it too.
Hi there, we have a number of different payment plans and finance options available to make it more affordable. You can view them here: allon4.com.au/dental-implant-cost . Biggest advice is not to wait much longer because the bone shrinks the longer it doesn't have teeth or implants. It costs much more if your jawbones are brittle and shrunken.
Well at least they are honest about the price .and not play any games .I m on Medicare and they don't cover crud there dental is usable if you have teeth
Is there a test if your body rejects metal being inserted into your body? How much does that cost or does it roll into the treatment, meaning all in one bill?
Hi there. There is not a test that we do/patients can do before their surgery. There are no guarantees or warranties in medicine, as well as risks/complications associated with surgery (whilst rare, still possible) which the surgeon will discuss with you in the consultation. We cannot guarantee outcomes, or foresee how the body will accept the implants. Whilst we do everything possible to improve prospects of success, there are also determinants of the patient that can interfere with this such as uncontrolled diabetes, poor cleaning/maintenance or smoking, just to name a few. Failures are rare but as we mentioned, can happen, should this occur, the surgeon will assess the situation and plan forward for the next step (may be revision surgery).

Dentures are affordable that is what I am getting next year. I have no teeth at all they were pulled four months ago. At low income clinic. This is for rich people. These are not meant for people who can't see dentist every six months. They require expensive maintenance.
I have two dental implants now, one on top right jaw, and one on bottom left jaw. Is it possible to later have full upper and lower implants? Would the original implant posts I have now be used, or would they be removed and start over? Thanks
Hi there. If you have 2 single implants, they would have to be removed in order for you to have All On 4 Dental Implants, as we essential need to start over. However for us to determine if this is suitable for you, it's very important that you come and see us for consultation, as you might need additional grafting etc as you have had these single implants. Through an x-ray and scan ( included in consultation fee), we will be able to assess your current dental situation and create a treatment plan. Please let us know if you have any other questions :)
50k for 4 implants, am I hearing that correctly? If so that is absurd. This robbery needs to stop. In my opinion if a human being is born with certain parts they are not cosmetic. We NEED teeth. I understand that now a day we live alot longer than before, but that doesnt mean we should have to do it without teeth due to expenses that are purely to benefit insurance companies. This is so sad.
Hi there, the price for both upper and lower dental implants is a minimum of $50,000. This reason why it costs this amount includes the high quality materials used, planning, processes and the skills of the surgeon. The question and conversation surrounding price is common, especially when affordability may be an issue. We offer a number of payment plans and finance options to give people the best chance of receiving the treatment. We have also written an article explaining why dental implants are expensive in Australia, which you can view here: allon4.com.au/news/the-cost-of-all-on-4.
In Colombia the cost for each jawbone ranges from $8,000 to $11,200 dollars depending on the technique used, either conventional implantology or corticobasal implantology, Dr. Johanna is visited by patients coming from USA, Canada and others. Additionally they give the option of credit through United Credit, if you need information I will be happy to share with you.
Yes but what happens when you spend all that money and the implants still fail. The prices is complete ridiculous. So I quest those with less resources which is the poor and alot of so called middle class people just have to suffer.
I think I will have to try the SNAP ON implants this time I tr I Ed the regular implants twice each time the implants lasted about 4yrs. And I was doing everything the dentist was telling me to do. Cleaning every 3 mouths.
@@tyronedavidson4372 I’d be going to someone else if you’ve had that many issues that many times. You may not have enough bone. There is a surgeon that does difficult cases with bone loss without bone graphs. It’s $36,000 for all on fours. I want to say his name is Dr. Golpa. I’ve never gone to him but he created a way to do implants for people like you and others with severe bone loss. I plan on checking him out more now than ever
Hello doctor, how long does this All on 4 Implants last? I mean as we grow older, we will experience bone loss so will this affect the implants over time? Thanks very much.
Hi Jenny, All On 4 Dental Implants are a permanent solution, which means you will have them for the rest of your life. Dental Implants prevent bone loss and usually the only changes that you will have to make over time is changing of the bridges ( acrylic teeth). The acrylic teeth can usually last between 7-10 years before they may need to be changed, however we have seen patients have their teeth for up to 15 years, it really depends how well you look after them. If you would like to know more about this, you can read more information on our website here: www.allon4plus.com.au/all-on-4-plus/immediate-final-teeth.
bullshit they will rot your gums recede then the bone starts rotting all where you can't clean all with the infection constantly attacking your heart it's a vanity scam. I've been getting implants for 15 years. The pain endless Keep what teeth you have capped only get implants if you have to chew. Sadly false teeth are way healthier. No infection. As long as you have implants you have infecting rotting your jawbone that you need to wear false teeth. Get them all out sooner and get good gum healing you will wear false teeth and be without pain and healthy. Sure your not eating steaks anymore but you wont dare with your all in 4s eather after a few repair bills.

I had 1 endosseous tooth implant its costing me $6300 at a dentist in Perth been along drawn out process it taken 7 months so far and I am only half way thru. That cost did not include getting my tooth pulled and dentures that was another 2k
Hi Paul, All On 4 Dental Implants are a permanent alternative to dentures. Alternatively we have a lot of information on our website and you can always give us a call at 1300 255 664 if you would like to discuss anything or ask questions.
If the final result is just as good, it may be a good idea to spend a longer time and you save about $ 40,000.- Just have to make more trips! Hello from Texas, USA.
If you have bad teeth and know you will be faced with tooth loss you need to quit wasting money on other things and save for implants, I did it took me 3 years of planning. I see and hear people complaining no money fixed income or want free help. It's on you to plan ahead not expect others to carry you because your teeth, once you get them done your life will change day after
I wish you guys are located near Dallas, Texas. I don't have dental insurance cause I can't afford it. I'm like some people out there that have the lowest income. Which dental insurance would you recommend for the lowest income patient?
We ALL were at the lowest income when we began working to make money. It's up to you to make yourself more valuable to employers with skills to eventually make more money. I did a quick search just now and there are 12 colleges in Texas that offer free tuition for low income. It doesn't get any easier than that to start making yourself valuable.
@@tony17112acst Dentists would NEVER sell you insurance on implants.. these butchers charge u $4000 for 4 studs..little over 1 hr procedure they need the money for 4 Mercedes (1 for each kid, 1 for him and the wife) plus the summer home, college and trips to france.. even $50,000 worth of implants won't cover much of that. wink
It doesn't matter if he's honest or not, there's absolutely no reason for this to cost the price of a very nice vehicle!! Thats absolutely pathetic!! Its still not for the common ppl so we still have to do without!!! We get the nastiest dentures that are absolutely torturing to wear!!! So screw all these high priced dentist!! They're finally making the money as a regular doctor. So they're happy now!! Because back in the day dentist didn't make as much as doctors but now they do!! Don't blame it on technological parts that are used during the procedure!! Because you can buy stainless steel screws at a hardware store for 15-25 cents so why do they'res have to cost thousands??? This is sickening!!
Looks so scary! It must be very painful, I am afraid of pain. my insurance only pays 2 thousand four years I'm sure I would never have to go through such pain to have my teeth seen.
Hi Jackie, Personal experiences differ from person to person but typically pain is not a common complaint. In fact most patients report that they have not taken any of the pain medication that we have prescribed. Most procedures are done under general anaesthetic, so you are completely asleep, but we still use a local anaesthetic to completely numb your entire jaw to reduce the chances of post operative pain. It's normal to feel some discomfort while you're recovering but over-the-counter pain medication is usually enough to keep you comfortable. In terms of cost and payment, we offer a number of payment plans and finance options to give people the best chance of receiving the treatment, which can be viewed here ( scroll to bottom of page): allon4.com.au/dental-implant-cost.
Do you guys still do tradition All On 4, where you don't get your final teeth on the same day, instead returning 3-6 months later to have them fitted? The way other clinics are still doing it? And if so, is this a less expensive option?
Hi there. Our clinics specialise in creating our immediate final teeth in 24 hours. We don't wait 3-6 months to create the teeth, therefore there is no discount or other price that you could pay. Our unique process is significantly beneficial to our patients as they: - Don't have to wear their temporary teeth for months ( usually they can be bulky and uncomfortable) - Don't have to go through another process to make the final teeth months later - Patients can have increased function in just 24 hours such as eating foods they possibly couldn't have before - The alternative older methods of a staged approach ( waiting 3-6 months) with temporary teeth typically involves simply gluing a pre-fabricated denture to the implant posts, which can cause long term issues with the implants because of overloading and inflammation from the bulky and rough surfaces. You can read more about our unique system and how it may benefit you here: www.allon4plus.com.au/all-on-4-plus/immediate-final-teeth We understand the question and conversation surrounding price is common, especially when affordability may be an issue. We offer a number of payment plans and finance options to give people the best chance of receiving the treatment, which you can view here: www.allon4plus.com.au/news-topics/choosing-the-right-payment-option-for-you. Holy shit, when i read comments here and prices like 6600 for one molar or 25000 for one jaw, i just cant believe how expensive is dental business in 1st world countries. In 3rd world country, dental implant for one molar is around 700-800 euros, but our monthly wage is around 300-350 euros....so yea, it cost 2 monthly wages to get a dental implant and its expensive for us...
This treatment should be made affordable to everyone! How can you put a price on your teeth you say?! We don’t have a choice! 98% of our country could never afford this. At least not without going into major debt. I find it so sad that someone invents something amazing that can help so many, yet it is not about helping people it becomes about the money. Someone please tell me why on earth Dental insurance sucks and at the same time how having all of your teeth removed and replaced is not considered under medical insurance?!
That's ridiculous - should a Rolls Royce be affordable to everyone? Implants are the luxury option, if you can't afford it then you go with an option you can afford - dentures. No one is entitled to a full mouth restoration and no one should be forced to pay for someone else to get one. Dental insurance was never intended for that, it is meant to cover routine (normal) care - 2 cleanings and a filling or two per year. A full mouth of decayed teeth is not normal so stop trying to convince yourself that it is.

Should my implants that I have just put in be level with my bone. From the X-rays 3 are level with bone but one is not. Is this still ok? Thank you, wish I had found you earlier.
There are different types of implants which are designed for different levels - eg: bone level, tissue level. This should be something to discuss with your surgeon who placed the implants, as there may a reasoning for an implant being placed deeper/shallower than the others.
I have researched full upper implants. I understand that in Budapest the costs are much less, and the quality is world class. What is your opinion? I'm also including flights and hotels in this review.

Dentistry, and in particular dental implant surgery, is not only dependent on the costs of components but more importantly on the exceptional skills and talents of the surgeon and laboratory technicians, as well as the systems and technology that they use to achieve a successful outcome. At All-On-4 Clinic we are conscious of pricing because it is ingrained in our philosophy to ensure that our services are accessible and affordable to more people who need them, but we also want to make sure that what our patients get is the absolute best of everything, and we are not prepared to compromise on that.
Once you have your All On 4 procedure, the anaesthetist will invoice you separately to the dentist. Their fee is typically $980 for the first hour and then $440 for every half an hour following, but may change depending on the kind of surgery. Alternatively, you may receive a fixed fee quotation from the Anaesthetist. You will receive a rebate from Medicare for this fee, however, the amount of rebate you are entitled to will depend on your yearly Medicare ‘safety net’ threshold amount. ( The typical all on 4 upper and lower surgery is around 3 hours).
We need to know what they should cost. What is a fair markup. You guys always say nothing. Answer this: How much should all on 4 cost, not depending on area, etc. What should they cost?
Hi there, the question and conversation surrounding price is common, especially when affordability may be an issue. The question of price is common, especially when affordability may be an issue. Dentistry, and in particular dental implant surgery, is not only dependent on the costs of components but more importantly on the exceptional skills and talents of the surgeon and laboratory technicians, as well as the systems and technology that they use to achieve a successful outcome. Of course, you can always find something cheaper, but when it's to do with your function, comfort, appearance, and most importantly health, is this something you are willing to accept as a compromise? So I had all on 4 for the top. One implant in the back right. Crowns on both sides with a bridge in the bottom center. Took 7 months to complete. 36k. Why does it sound like people are doing this faster? I understand cheaper but not faster. The bone has to heal around the implants. Is age a factor? I would understand a young person who suffered trauma and had to have work like this could heal much faster. I'm 58

One with dental insurance, cost me 3 grand plus a few bucks. Small upper side tooth. Top notch dentists involved.

Nice thing too say. I am getting removable dentures. Really sorry they are not up to your standards. What judgemental creep.
$20 worth of plastic $4550 lol

All On 4 Plus is a permanent solution and is usually a one time surgery ( considering you look after your implants) therefore, given your situation which means you wouldn't have to deal with the constant upkeep of new treatments, which sounds like it could be an option for you. It's important to get a consultation so that we can assess if this would be the right solution for your current dental situation.
If you are interested in booking a consultation with us, you can fill out the form here: www.allon4plus.com.au/contact

You can get this done i. Turkey for full mouth price anywhere from 5 to 10k. I paid £7000 for full mouth on 10 implants.
Our Mouth is the Gateway for our body and health.
So keeping it carefully well is very useful and healthy.

Hi there, thanks for your comment. We have written an article explaining why Dental Implants are expensive in Australia, which we would encourage you to read here: allon4.com.au/news/the-cost-of-all-on-4.
Have been reading the comments its really sad, depressing to hear people who can't afford the prices here, and what's more depressing is that NO ONES LISTENING!! Can we once think about our fellowman instead of making a killing overnight?!! Comeon you surgens, you Dentist, put aside being filty rich. Instead do something, for once for your fellowman....does anyone nowadays have a heart anymore? It's really pathetic! Not enough said.......

You really are very kind. Even though I don't have teeth either. People in my situation that want implants. It would be nice if they picked someone every month for free implants. As matter of fact if any dentist would do that. I would put my name in. Implants are not something I want dentures are what I want. But if I could help someone else get what they wanted I would.

There's got to be a country where this is a reasonable cost. 😢❤❤
I totally get your surgeons and these are worth the cost but 50,000 is just not doable for alot of people. I have such a terrible gag reflex dentures will not work for me. I won't date and the thought of being alone for the rest of my life is so sad. Oh well good luck to the people who can afford it. I do appreciate the honesty of the video however.
I'll date you. I'm a good looking guy and wouldn't judge you for your teeth. There's more to life than superficial things, though I do understand how with teeth, they are neccessary to chew food properly and be comfortable smiling.

You can view all of our payment options here: allon4.com.au/dental-implant-cost ( at the bottom of the page). You can always give us a call at 1300 255 664 to discuss your options and to see if there is a way that you could get the treatment done.
My teeth were pulled four months ago. At low income clinic. Next year I will be able to get dentures. Why don't you do what I am doing instead.
Dr Fibishenko I came to two face to face seminars at Burwood I also had X-rays and full examination. I am just so mad with myself that I didn’t go ahead with procedure. Then the pandemic kicked in. I was thinking the price must have sky rocketed from my quote … but this video gives me renewed hope as the price is actually less than three years ago. Plus the chance to finance is good. I think it would change my life so much and I should just not think of the money and focus on how great m life will be being able to eat properly and more importantly in my case having a smile again. I’ll check with my super account

Hi Mick, if you are interested you can always give us a call to book another appointment at 1300 255 664. If you are interested in looking at payment options, we offer a number ( not only just super), which you can view here ( scroll to the bottom of the page): allon4.com.au/dental-implant-cost
Did you finally go for the procedure? if so was worth it?
What place are you going to?

I am getting my top teeth done in about a month. Fortunately I can use my super to pay for it otherwise I wouldn't have been able to afford it. Really looking forward to being able to eat normally and smiling again.

Why are you presenting this like its affordable for everyone
What are some payment alternatives for a retired US expat and military veteran?

Dental tourism is the way to go I had 10 implants done over seas the same exact ones. The only difference was the price in America it cost you a house overseas it cost you a car.
Yeah. I had a consult today. 30k for hybrids and 60k for all on 6. Yikes!!

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We will take this into consideration for our future videos :)
I’m would suggest checking out of state dentist in Turkey , Columbia, Mexico ect.. u can get ur teeth done for more than 60 percent cheaper
Hi, you mention a second episode with cheaper or more costly alternatives for this procedure, but I cannot find the other video (only a 7yo which is less interesting). Have you done it yet and could you give the link? Great info in this video thanks, you do give a good idea of what is involved.
Buddy just had his done and he paid $41k which is super cheap for a dentist in NY/Long Island.
super cheap lol
Buddy in Romania with 7k usd you do both arch( 10 implants and 24 teeth)

Cost of Materials and Manufacture $102.73 (in 2022 USD)
Everything else is lab, scanning, equipment, supplemental surgery, taxes, wages etc.
It's not like it was in the barber pole dentist era where you went to get a haircut drank half a bottle of rotgut passed out on the chair, and viola you're bad tooth is extracted for $1.19 "which BTW wasn't cheap in the barber pole dentists era." A lot of new & specialized equipment is involved with modern dentistry and specialized equipment receives a (five out of five $$$$$ rating) cost wise "every time."
Now when the dust settles in 20 years when implants become commonplace and equipment is paid off then I will outright state it's all dentists.😂
Personally I don't want Implants, at least not the titanium post variety.
I pray I can get my mouth fixed asap
it will never happen. check out with me if ur redy

Hope soon here in the Philippines,,
The cost is typical with any type of surgery, but here in 2024 technology can and has to reduce cost over time like anything else.

Man, I wish I lived in Australia because I want to do this.
Instead of the full top and bottom implant , so do they have partial implants like my front teeth are healthy but my back teeth are bad .,

@@allon4clinics Thank You SO much for your quick reply, Doctor! Have a wonderful day!🙏
bullshit they will rot your gums recede then the bone starts rotting all where you can't clean all with the infection constantly attacking your heart it's a vanity scam.

Hi there. In this case we would recommend coming and having an initial consultation so that we can take an x-ray and assess your dental situation; and see if dental implants would be suitable. If you are interested you can book a consultation here: allon4.com.au/contact-us

The insurance doesn’t pay for this procedure.

I couldn't agree more! It's ridiculous and sickening.
Our unique process is significantly beneficial to our patients as they:
- Don't have to wear their temporary teeth for months ( usually they can be bulky and uncomfortable)
- Don't have to go through another process to make the final teeth months later
- Patients can have increased function in just 24 hours such as eating foods they possibly couldn't have before
- The alternative older methods of a staged approach ( waiting 3-6 months) with temporary teeth typically involves simply gluing a pre-fabricated denture to the implant posts, which can cause long term issues with the implants because of overloading and inflammation from the bulky and rough surfaces.
You can read more about our unique system and how it may benefit you here: www.allon4plus.com.au/all-on-4-plus/immediate-final-teeth

I’m paying $6,600 for a rear molar. Not using dental insurance since my dentist is out of network. Yes, it’s a long process.
For one molar?😲

THANK YOU!!!

@@Austrian_blood Hi Matthew, while going overseas to get cheaper dental work done seems desirable, it is likely to come with a number of risks and compromised quality due to a lower price. We have written an article about why getting cheaper dental work overseas may not be the best option aswell as examples from patients that have come to see us after their 'botched' overseas All On 4 Dental work. You can read this here: www.allon4plus.com.au/news-topics/cheaper-and-more-costly-alternatives-to-all-on-4-plus Additionally you can view videos of 2 of our patients that came to see us after they went overseas for All On 4 Dental Implants, which failed here: ua-cam.com/video/ZrjZIy11fso/v-deo.html and here: ua-cam.com/video/jvdrDacSbnU/v-deo.html .
We created this article and these videos for people that are thinking of having All On 4 Dental Implants overseas for a cheaper price, to make them aware of the risks that are associated with this.
It is 5 grand just for the anesthesiologist. I was quoted 35 grand total.
