V-Log #23 : (September 14th 2016) My frustration and stress with PIP

In this video I talk about the issues I have been dealing with the new Personal Independent Payment (PIP) change over.
I also talk about the stress of dealing with a broken system, why it's broken and speak of the confusion it has created.
