Yo this setlist is crazy
This is the type of set you get when you don’t have someone to cover the keyboard parts lol
These tours need more Mule, Infinity and Deaf>Dead.
@@johnbonjovi8119 yes. I agree. Especially Infinity and Deaf. Now that they have a drummer who can play it where the groove is perfect and they rarely play it. SMH. Would also love some love for The Blood Is Love and Suture Up Your Future… neither has been played since 2008
Joey just tears through sticks on infinity 😂
Dude the changes were so smooth that I believe he did it for fun 😂
Joey, the "gimme my f'ing money" drummer...
Probably changes out baseball bats just as fast when something other than drums owe him money.
One drummer I appreciate from afar 😂
I was at this show... NIN headlined. I was 12 years old. Thank you to ever posted this!
Christ I’m old
Badass!
You got some dope parents or guardians whoever took you to this show lol
@@Natef89 Thanks. It was my aunt. She told my mom we were seeing Queens but not NIN. My religious mom ended up getting shit from some at church the following Sunday for letting me go. I also got kicked out of the youth worship band for wearing a concert tee from the show. I still have that shitty parking lot concert t-shirt I got from that show, along with memories from one of the best shows of my life.
Amazed Alain backing vocals on Give the Mule What He Wants
Infinity ∞
You can’t quit me baby 🫠🫠🫠
Perfect set list
man troy really struggled with those leads on mule. 😅
Thanks for the upload man- made my day!
Alain ❤
Damn, the tempo is wild on some of these
My first QOTSA show was 2005. 3 days before the Lullabies release. They opened with Someone’s in the Wolf.
joey fucked up almost every show. worst qotsa drummer ever. trautman was the best
For half the songs they rip at this tempo. For the other half they absolutely suck. First It Giveth feels like he’s overcompensating for not being able to play the chorus beat and the song lost its groove completely due to it.
I'd love a show with Joey these days, instead of the same predictable shows we get now.
@@BockwinkleB the drummer isn’t the reason the setlists are what they are right now. Not only that…. Half of the songs sound better now.
An uptempo You Can't Quit Me Baby, so tight.
Man Troy’s guitar is so out of tune for Mule. It’s hilarious. I don’t think that’s a song they played that much this tour did they?
Sounds horrible hahah
What a setlist goddamn
Great sound
temasos!
This is perhaps the worst giveth has ever sounded I love it
that is tight
that setlist tho 👀
2005/06 = Gothic QOTSA
fucking infinity??
:3 lml
Was this the Nine Inch Nails tour?
Yes, last show of the tour with them
Who played bass here? Troy or Alain?
Mostly Alain. Josh played on Burn The Witch and Long Slow Goodbye, and Troy on Little Sister.
Whos the guitarist? Idk the guys who was there before troy
troy. you're getting mixed up because hes too the left and spends most of the time offcamera, the guy to the right is the bass player. hes playing a very guitar-looking bass.
You're probably referring to Alain Johannes. He played guitar occasionally as well
There was no set bassist or guitarist for this lineup. Josh plays bass. Alain plays bass. Troy plays bass. But yeah that’s Al and Troy. You may recognize Al better with Them Crooked Vultures
Ohhh I knew that name sounded familiar. Thanks. So troy joined for the songs for the deaf tour but Josh did all the guitars on the album and troy was on the next album?
@@nottheguyfromdefleppard yes. Although Brendon McNichol also has credits on Go With The Flow (he does the slide guitar) and Millionaire iirc along with Gene being on drums for those songs.
Where was Natasha??
This is very late in 2005 and I wanna say there’s some times where she couldn’t do dates possibly because of the cancer but I don’t want to say for sure. I know for sure there’s a show or two in 2006 that even Alain isn’t there for and they got Goss and Dave Catching in there
The "Duluth Tour" they did without keys was fucking awesome. And anyone remember Dan Druff?
Oh, Alain just said on Facebook that she stayed home for “budgetary reasons”…. That sucks, honestly
@@CCDaDon15 Holy shit, he actually posted the video 🤯
@@QOTSAarchiveFULL you’re famous :)
Back when the setlist wasnt so predictable...
Song for the Deaf ftw
The sets are losing the predictability. Josh and Mikey are working together on that and Josh is making more mid show changes than ever.
@@CCDaDon15 I mean, they played songs like "Regular Jonh" what i think an awsome way to start an show this day, followed by "No One Knows" just brilhant, but also they are now doing more older stuff and i mean for the setlist is really bringing gems back more times, this is really cool. Of course we talking about the modern Queens and honestly i love this lineup, used to like the Lullabies linup more but anyways
