Still not completely forgotten, hehe. Even now, 15 years later. I, too, played WoW for most of my teenage years and though it did me good to open up to the wider world eventually right before my twenties, I still remember my guilds and the people there, late night chats with good friends - the best of friends at that point - from all over Europe. And the raids! Such a simple life in many ways, a perception nostalgia almost always arrives with. This movie brings a lot of it to the surface, and I grin. I've made my peace with the loneliness and awkwardness of that time IRL. What remains is the glee, the grin for the beauty those days held as well. I regret nothing! Much was gained, hanging around with multicultural crowds, mastering English, learning so much. And of course delving into the lore. There was eventually plenty of time to find my feet IRL, to party hard, dance, get into complicated relationships, find my profession and wonderful IRL friends to share life with, all that jazz. WoW ruined nothing. As comes to the video itself, I especially enjoy how the maker had "God Surrounds Us" really take off at the very moment Archimonde is destroyed by the wisps. Epic early UA-cam content for sure. Thank you to all my friends from that time - perhaps our paths will cross sometime, as they actually recently crossed with one of my best WoW mates, we had a few calls about our adult life now 15 years later. Never too late to reconnect if you truly felt a connection! May you all be blessed, may you all be happy. Readers, old friends, all alike - may you find peace and happiness. :)
Word. Beautiful thoughts. Thanks for sharing. Here's wishing for peace and happiness 🙏🏼 Here's to beauty, art, sharing, and a deserved nostalgia for meaningful and enjoyable times. And here's to human flourishing.
When i get sad about my banned main, i watch this and remember the best time i had with friends in wow, sitting in spots nobody else did. Got my first ban for wall-walking up the auctionhouse in ironforge, just waving everyone passing me on their flightpath...from there i couldn't stop. R.I.P my main †2014.
These videos are more then just a game. .. its a memory of my time in wow... something ill remember forever...the music with this video wad picked epically. .nog if you still look at these comments. .I personally thank you..
I remember watching this movie back at its release. I was so excited and thrilled about exploration I spent two days trying to find new explorable places. After two hours of work i got on top of the undercity. I thought It was so ground breaking until I found out it had been done before lol. This is a great video and brings back a lot of memories.
Been playing WoW since 2005 if you got here after TBC you missed out on a lot. Vanilla WoW was just amazing and I feel bad not being able to play it again. Glad to see this movie on UA-cam. Sucks Blizz banned our wall-walking. "You may clip our wings but we will never forget what it was like to fly."
This is hands down the most epic, win and legendary WoW movie ever to be made, published, thought of and shared! Man, the chills this called for when it was just out!! Nowadays its simply not the same, but well.. Good memories will last at least, as this movie will ^^
That was good times. I remember our 'last wallwalk' party like it was yesterday. I wish I could experience the same feeling as the first year in Wow again.
God I remember giving tours of these places to my friends. Emerald dream behind DM, COT before it was opened, Old Ironforge, the dwarf farms, Ironforge airports and so much more. The only place I never went to was the alpha emerald dream and GM island because I didn't want to do the Lag glitch or install sandboxes.
I Remember when i did my first Exploit in WoW, it was by randomness of the game. Soon after i saw this happen. I was like "I wonder if i can find anything else". So i ended up find a few more things. Then i found these video and it opened up a whole new world for me. I remember my guild asking "Hey man what'cha doing?" and i would say "I'm exploring like normal" it got to the point when anyone in the guild asked me what i was doing someone else would tell them. We need the old days back!
Aaaaaaah! Everytime i hear the into music i start getting chills and goosebumps. Guess it's "feedback" from the first time i saw this years ago. Like.. your body knows it's in for a treat - in a way.. IDK. Epic feeling either way!
Dopefish quit a while back and makes his own games now, on his forums he said he left Forg in charge of the exploration scene probbably best idea is to get hold of him
Virtual worlds only have the illusion of boundaries to discourage players from seeking ways around them. So they cant see that they are in fact moving in infinite space. There is always something hidden in that space, no amount of expansions or patches can hide it. Just gotta know where and how to look.
I do actually have contact with him, but I highly doubt he would come back to WoW to film. He's really busy actually, that and he's not all too interested in the game anymore. = /
Hey , is this possible to you to send me the full video via hotmail? Like part 1 to 5 in one(the full video) Thanks to answer , i realy like what you guys do. Most awsome wow video in my opinion. Continue your good work.
I remember when i first saw this.. First i was all like :o....Then i was all like :O O_O!!!!!!OMGOMG chills running through my spine and shit. AWESOME!

People playing WoW now a days won't realize that this is a Master Piece.... No place in WoW was unreachable.. Nothing was impossible!!
