Hey! Is it ok to add some sets of repeaters at the end?

Hey, can we do it everyday as a routine or we have to let some rest btw each time, like 3 times a week?

Definitely never every day. That's a perfect recipe for am injury. Maximum of 3 times per week but if you're also climbing you may need to reduce that to twice. Don't undervalue rest 👍

3 per week is too much. 2 per week is optimal

Is it Smart to implement pull ups in the rests between sets?

I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're looking at the harder hangs, because you want to fully rest and recover and not take resources away to other parts of your body.
