You have not seen hot or dry until you've been in 107 degrees heat. That's what it was in Egypt today. I bro,e out the flaxseed gel no chemicals. Braided up my hair and treated my scalp with this lotion spray i found here that is amazing for my scalp. The rest i spritz with rose water spray they sell here.
My hair was a giant frizz with no curl definition this morning. And I am in air conditioning. But i went outside yesterday when it was 105. It felt soft but was unrecognizable and frizzy. I'm not far from the Nile, so i don't know if it was heat plus humidity. She was a hot mess.

Just stumbled upon this vid and quickly subscribed to the channel 🙌🏽! Love the idea of learning upfront about ingredients that will make my hair thrive, rather than the "usual approach" of blindly trying products and having to pinpoint why my hair likes what. Also loving the chill & to-the-point conversational vibes of the vlog.

These sound delectable. The 1st product you mentioned reminds me of Mane Choice Mud Mask. I only used 1 tub of it 2 years ago as a prepoo and haven't found it since. When I tell you..... I honestly could've been done wash day after rinsing it out.... but I followed up with a moisturizing conditioner after shampoo cos I was scared of my hair drying out in days cos of the clay. But it's one of the best DCs for my hair EVER!

Interesting products. However, since i am out of the US, i can only look. I have found some incredible product lines here for curly hair. Prior to the 107 heat, my hair was on point. Most of these women in Egypt have long hair. It's curly like mine. They have been flat ironing it and relaxing it. Now i am seeing curl fros everywhere.😊 It's a new day for us curly girls and guys. They treat different textures differently, and they know what to do we these curl patterns.

I love your videos. I am always have single strand knot, even after getting a trim. Therefore, according to your video my hair may lack protein. So I use the aphogee protein treatment yesterday ( don’t remember last time I had protein treatment). Hair feels great!! My question is what is the best leave in conditioner?
Im currently using Camille Rose moisture milk. But after 2 days my hair is very dry. Should I TGIN leave in or Aphogee provitamin? I’m high porosity and 4a(front), 4b(middle), 4c(back). I know this is a lot. Thanks
