Hi everyone. Thank you for taking time out of your day to pray for my mom's surgery today. I do not have any friends, so it was nice to have people be so thoughtful and say they would pray for us. Thank you.
My daughter took me to a Mexican place for Mother’s Day, but was wondering if I could find something to eat there and I assured her I could. I nixed the bowl part of the taco salad, no rice or beans and double the steak. It was awesome and I didn’t have to go off plan or have her worry about me starving! It’s nice when they can really cooperate with unique orders.
Thank you again for birthday song! As I said before stressful week with my momma having surgery to remove tumor and a kidney and her momma my grandma not doing so well in the hospital! I need all the positive vibes to get through this week! Thank you! ♥️
Stress is a factor in weight loss
Even if you eat the right foods
Thursday and Friday morning I volunteered at my children's school for field day. Lot's of fun activities and I even was in the dunk tank for their classes. I did my own cold plunge. The smiles on their faces made it all worth while.
I crave when I'm sad, I crave when I'm happy, I crave when I'm bored...I have more than emotional eating, I have food addictions. Keto/Carnivore is the only thing that keeps me on an even keel.
I have friends that started keto, saw great results and then slipped away and now can't restart. Neither of them got into community but relied on me (not by my choice). I could not keep going without community like 2KK and the Berry's group,. Even if I'm not in them all the time because of things like family crises I know they are there and I know I come back amongst you any time I need to or get to. Thank you ALL for showing up.

Appreciate all you share about emotional eating. So timely, as I began training for a remote job for 4 hours and NOT hungry, yet somehow (lol) I devoured a handful of candies that I was gifted on Mother’s Day. Like “what just happened?” I need to remain very aware of my emotional eating (was trying to solve problems in my job training).
I'm the opposite if I'm stressed or depressed I don't eat. Have not eaten in like 4 days because I'm too stressed out. I prepped keto chow and tried to drink one today and nope couldn't do it. My son has been enjoying them though. If you all could be ever so kind as to pray for me that my situation works out. God knows what my need is.
I have emotional eating every time I pass a Krispy Kreme! Thankfully , there's only 1 within 10 miles, and I rarely pass it.

Stress eating is terrible. My husband just had a hip replacement and i have had cataract surgery. Trying to get back on tack. Can't wait for RV Unplugged.

Back on Keto after about 4 years. I lost 50 lbs back in 2019 and then got Covid in 2020, went back to eating whatever, put on over 60 lbs since 😕 I am back at it now for a few weeks and down 6lbs. I know this woe works but I just haven’t had the will power to fight the carb addiction since having Covid.

I get angry sometimes, remembering what I used to eat. Then I get angry because now I realize my Blood Sugar will make me sick if I eat that item. To lazy to drag a bunch of ingredients out to cook a goodie. So I get mad when I want a treat but to tired or lazy to make it and can't go buy it.
