When Japanese makes an RPG, there's always a TON of things to do in the game that made you glued to your seats.

the UI screams STYLE
Looks very SMT, incorporates Persona’s beautiful game flow, has Tales of Arise inspirations in mechanics, and a dash of Studio Ghibli and Akita Toriyama’s art style. What a mashup, but I’m really excited for this to get closer to launch.

The mc looks like if Makoto Yuki and Aigis had a kid and cool to see Mitsuru and Yu Narukami join him as well.

Shin Megami Tensei meets the Tales Series and Skies of Arcadia
The style/art is amazing. Bonus for having action/turn based combat too. Very keen.
hashino gets on stage to present interesting gameplay and a story that looks about as shallow as a puddle, which is about what I've come to expect from projects headed by him nowadays.
Love the vibes! Im interested in how the character will advance and then taking pictures in the cities! (I’m screaming at the music being in protag’s head)

@@Erlooo_the blue glowing enemies which are weaker can be beaten via action rpg combat; the red or yellow glowing “stronger” enemies, will begin a turn based battle.

Most modern consumers of pop culture don't understand how to translate metaphor.
I'm not crazy about them dropping Persona's turn-based battle system in favor of action even if only for smaller battles but I'll give it a try at least.

I'm not sure about this 50-50 combat. From this video it looks like it's leaning too heavily on a action. Even on elite enemies they could chunk half their hp before even engaging

@@kiranis2174 This. Some of the best games ever made are a better/different version of something else that already exists.
It's a big NO for me unfortunately, this thing about making everything fast paced so you don't get "bored" in dungeons equals a bunch of rooms with enemies, no interactivity, no puzzles, no nothing outside of fighting, it's a huge step back after P5 where Atlus finally built something fun... what a disappointment.
