you won't believe it but actually, it is a very basic problem. There is a screen made of glass at the front of your TV which is covered by polarisers on both sides. after these 3 laters there is a diffusing surface, to make the LED light softer. they call it a reflector but in reality, it is just a thin sheet of semi transparent plastic that diffuses the LED light. all you need to do is take out that sheet. You will see some dirt on the back side of that sheet. It happens generally when they do not close the LED TV during the time of its assembly. now What you need to do is take a towel and clean this dirt with Collin. That's it. Your TV will work like new. You can watch some youtube videos for reference.
You have all the valid reason to file a complaint. Go for it.
Go after them on this issue in consumer court without wasting any time. With all documentary proof.
U don't stop.. U will get succes. This issue right.. And I always fight.
And try to be mails conversations and record their conversation too
Thats my point. A factory fitted/assembled TV has not been assesbled properly and maybe this particular unit has this defect, so they should replace it with a new one.

Expensive products i always buy from a store that usually have a 3 month warranty.
But for Expensive products i usually buy an additional 3 year warranty.
Never regretted the purchase

Dirty screen effect , it’s panel lottery in lcd tvs . If you want good screen uniformity , better to get oled if you don’t watch tv all day long. This has got nothing to do with dust. It’s just bad uniformity and you can ask for replacement and get cleaner panel. I purchased Lg led from Amazon and sent it back and got an oled from Amazon. Also this model is way overpriced for the pic quality it offers . Send it back and get Lg C3 , way better pic quality than this model
The problem in getting OLED tv is that you can't use it for watching tata sky or another set top box Because of burn in risk. Also can't be used for long duration each day, so one has to rely on backlight tv

mene fir jo banda aaya tha usko 2000 rupees deiye toh usne ek fake case bnaake tv ko replace krwadiya... jo repair Engineer aaya usko paise dedo 2000 wo fake case bnaadena and replace krwa dega

Hello there, well this happened to me on my both newly purchased TV’s from Reliance digital and Croma model XR A80J oled and X75l led well after 2 months there was a dead pixel on both the TV’s well tech visited and said that it’s a dust problem. I was totally disappointed by that words it’s clearly dead pixel and they’re arguing as a dust particle well I asked oled is completely sealed and for the Led’s they have dust proof some x protection pro, well it’s been 3 months till the date my x75l has gone for service and they took pics of my room they cleansed it no use changed display no use now they’ve said that they’ll send a different TV that I should upgrade to a next model well they took payment of 19k for x80l well not sure how that TV will serve. A80J they replaced new panel at home well no issues faced on that till date being Sony brand this is not acceptable we’ll I had leds back 10years from Sony they’re still going strong and haven’t gone through such kinds issues.Already there phone production has stopped in India soon this TV products will be for sure.
So sorry to hear this. I did sent them a legal notice as well but Sony India has not reverted on that legal notice as well.
Now i am going forward to file a case in consumer court.

Maybe but my tv has got black patches and lines all over the 55 inch panel which are very very clearly visible

Bro replace hua tv?...lg ka to ye scene hai croma me vo demo piece bhi de dete h kuch logo ko...tv hours used me pta chl jata hai...but engineer demo dene k time tv hours reset kr deta h

@@RishabhSingh-xz6fz : Noted Bro. In OLED technology there is burning issues and in LED's they are saying that dust is getting accumulated. Panel ki problem under 2 months to nahi honi chahiye thi. And agar phir bhi ye problem kisi bhi brand ke saath aa sakti hain to service quality to achi ho.

I done with my Samsung led worth rs 1,75000 after of fight about 2 mouths I got my refund.
I didn't knew even Samsung LED's has this problem. I have now purchased Samsung QN90C. I will be uploading the video of it very shortly. Hope it runs okay. If we think about it, OLED panels have image retention and burn in issues, LED's are reporting dust accumulation issues. So as consumers what should be purchase?

Bro I am using Panasonic Tv bought in 2012 still performing as a charm it's a 42" Led Tv. So Sony is naam bade aur darshan chotte.
I agree. I also have a Panasonic 50 inch and wo 3 havan jhel chuka hain😂. Sony is not for me now.

It's a Heartbreaker , you should demand the refund instead of replacement as the product seems defective.

भाई ये डस्ट है। यह हर tv में आती है। यह बैक लाइट पैनल के रिफलेक्टर पर आती है। Led के पास जहां led लगी होती है। इसे कंपनी के इंजीनियर से खुलवा कर साफ करवा लो। प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो जायेगी।
I have 3 other tv's as well which are LED, one of which is 10 year old. Those TV's didn't get any dust till date.
And this is just under 2 months old.

I think its called Dirty Screen Effect. Could be wrong though... Its very common with budget and samsung premium leds too. . Was it not there initially? or you ran the test now? I dont think it has anything to do with Dust & all. I completely agree all manufacturers should do 100% quality check specially with premium TV's before shipping and should stop selling faulty panels.
Or atleast provide replacements with no questions asked.
OLED's have clean panels but are extremely expensive and burn in issue is another concern with them.

You know i was going for Oled only but didn't because of the burning issues.
These black patches were not there initially in the TV and now are there all over the panel which are actually increasing by the day.
Sony India and their service centre are just not bothered and are saying the replacement has been denied by Sony India
The sony engineer visited twice and ran the rgb test post which he confirmed that it is dust
DSE can increase overtime, that is why it is recommended to check all this initially. Google DSE
Obv sony will say dust to put the blame on you.

Maybe Initially it was unnoticeable and just under 2 months now, the black patches are all over the screen and increasing by the day.
The whole experience with Sony premium product and their authorized service centre has been nothing short if nightmare

I got 75 inches just been some mouths.. Panel is full of dust.. Very bad product and service.

They have the worst service in Delhi. Also their manager Shamshaad Ahmed is one of the worst persons you can speak. They always blame it on the customer.

@@ekanshfitnesstecheverythin6515 same issue. Dark spots clearly visible throughout the panel when the screen is white. No resolution provided by the service centre/support. Will be making both Sony India and the seller party to the case.

Brother go to consumer court , or atleast tell sony head that u r going to consumer court ..then u will see magic ..and say them That i will put charge of defective tv but also charge of mental harrasment u gave . And talk in bold.. i know these people they r very bad .. i got my sony tv refunded within one month in 2016 after purchse due to backlight issues and got samsung .sony offcials talk very very rude.
