mam...please upload video on statistical thermodynamics like partition function and more solved problem that came in csir net exam...mam please solved those questions ...it will be very helpful for us. Thank u
Mam, in addition of CH3I to vaskas complex, i. e. Sn2 mechanism, how Ir is in +3 oxidation state in (Ir(PPh3)2COClMe)+ as x+0+0-1+0=+1 so x=+2 hence Ir should not be in +2 oxidation state mam? Also in (Ir(PPh3)2COClMeI),Ir in +2 oxidation state? As x+0+0-1+0-1=0 i.e oxidation state of Ir(x) will come out to be +2.Mam,please clear this confusion. Thankyou
See it, if any metal suppose Pd0 have 18 e- which undergoes oxidation and converts into 16e-, thatwhy name is oxidative addition. Thatwhy it convert into Pd(II) by formation of bond with aryl halide or triflate.
Vwry very good
Wonderful
keep it up!
Excellent!
Thank you ma'am
Most welcome 😊
Thank you madam..
Thank you mam😀

Hi hello mam ur class very use full for me thnk u very much
Good mam.

thank you mam plz upload reductive elimation
MSc Ka h kya yeah video Lerl
Preparation of isopolyacids of MO And W....what are the applications...??
What will be the answer.....
Priyanka Jain mam ..
Kk
Plz make as early as you get time...there is my exam..
Mam plz see, e- count will decrease by 2e- during oxidative addition, because it undergoes oxidation ie; loss of e-
No, electron count do not decrease in fact increases due to the presence of incoming ligands..

pd0 have 18e- ??? in case of 18e- complex 2e site must be opened by the loss of a ligand.
Shiv Shankar Gupta here dont considered metal es considered total es in complex
Mam which book should we follow for organometallic chemistry?
huheey,kitter,kitter,medhi best book organometalic
Order of reductive addition reaction ?
Co (+1) Rh(+1) Ir( +1)
Pls remove that add we can't see
U can also teach in hindi
