Sir, please add this in organometallic playlist. And please complete every playlists with uploaded relevant videos subject wise. It takes me a lot of time to find the proper uncategorised video.
You are actually handsome in every respect Your teaching skill ,your notes ,your voice tone And way of understanding to u and for us Is OUT STANDING*****👍👍👍👍👍
What is the actual mechanism of CO insertion? According to the labeling experiment (shown earlier), the labeled CO forms the acyl group but both in the mechanism shown here ( methyl migration and Intramolecular insertion) lead to the unlabelled acyl group rather a free labeled CO is there. So, what is the actual mechanism???
Inspired from your lectures I have opened one educational channel but it is Not Growing. I wanna grow my educational channel.....plz suggest me the way....
sir thank you for your magnificent videos.sorry sir but for the first question can you plz explain why our product is diamagnetic ? it seems i cant quite obtain the answer.
If you look upon the oxidation state of Ir its +1 in reactant and +3 in product which makes it's electronic configuration d8 in reactant and d6 in product. Whereas the geometry of complex is Square planar in reactant and octahedral in product. Now fill 8 electrons in d orbitals based on splitting in square planar geometry, you will observe all electrons are paired up, so it's Diamagnetic. In product, if you fill 6 electrons in octahedral feild (Low spin) as Ir is 5d metal, it will show Low Spin configuration, so all the 6 electrons will be present in t2g orbital and eg orbital will be empty, which again makes all electrons paired up, making the complex Diamagnetic.
In the first question discussed,it is told, agostic interaction and also oxidation state increases by 2 units ,but in the notes u described,u told, there will not be change of formal oxidation state of metal..please clarify
hi i think changing in oxidation state happens in the agostic interaction that happens in oxidative addition but in the beta elimination there is no change in oxidation state.

you are amazing nurul! thank you so much
Thanks sir plzz upload more viedo your lecutre are very helful for all
nc...expalnation sir..thnk you sir.sir, plz complete OMC as possible as..
I'll try to complete this topic as soon as possible
Sir it could have been good enough if u can explain it more in a detailed way...otherwise your teaching is outstanding
Thank you sir plz upload more videos

Well understand sir
Sir would uh plz let me know the reason why during reductive elimination C-C< H-H< H-C pattern is followed?
Ease of breaking may be

@@AllBoutChemistry ah i now get it . Thank you so much sir.
Thank you Sir...
Sir plzz upload video on trans effect trans influence series 🙏🙏🙏
Sir I have a doubt.. how the compount you explained in agostic interaction is 16 electron compount? I got 17 electron..23:44
Why beta-hydride elimination takes place?

sir can u please tell how it is 16 electron
Thank you sir
Sir, plz upload the detailed explanation (solutions) of CSIR June19 physical portion,if you have time.
Sir how many electron count "bridging -CH2 will give?
Please reply 🙏
Sir I solved 1st questions.. in that product has 18electron. How? Contribution of aryl or bridge pph2? Can u explain
Sir is it possible that Fe can show +5 oxidation state.
Hello sir, If Cis is 90 degree? what about trans? you forgot to mention. Moreveo, r you are bit fast.
prediction of cut off for this time?
Hello sir, how can i attend your online lecture regarding csir net exam.. I want to join your acadami. But i could not understand. Please suggest me.

Sir one problem h . Sir mera Dec 2018 net clear ho gaya but uska certificate nahi aaya . Muje kya karna chahiye??
Write a mail to UGC asking about it, or if you live in Delhi then visit UGC office regarding that.
By the way, LS certificate is available online on UGC website, you can download from there.
Well understand sir
