I just concluded that Ti (CO)6 has lower stretching frequently because it possess no back bonding. Because of d1 system As 6×2 = 12 Carbonyl electron 2s2 d1 = 3 electron /18 3+12 e/18 15/18 Ti complex do not follow the 18 rule how it will form because it is unstable
