Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) Service Mode Activation
1. Set the ignition to ON.
2. Press and hold the accelerator pedal and place the EPB switch to the RELEASE (downward) position. Continue to hold the accelerator pedal and EPB.
3. Set the ignition to OFF then set the ignition to ON within 5 seconds. Continue to hold the accelerator pedal and the EPB switch.
4. NOTE: The EPB system will be deactivated, preventing parking brake application until service has been completed and service (maintenance) mode has been deactivated. The yellow EPB indicator will be illuminated and Maintenance Mode will display on the message center.
NOTE: When replacing rear brake pads in service (maintenance) mode, the brake caliper piston must be compressed into the caliper housing. The brake caliper piston does not have to be rotated while compressing the piston.
Set the ignition to OFF then release the accelerator pedal and EPB switch.

Personally, i think you should have shown how to put the vehicle in brake maintenance mode. It is simple and makes compressing the caliper much easier. This isn't a video for beginners, thats for sure.
The music. This is the most relaxing brake job I've ever watched. Love it.
That's what he said.
You don't miss the usual low-volume metal in the background that lets you know you're watching a badass truck video? Lol kidding of course, I totally agree, this was a nice watch 👍
Had a similar kit on my last F150, a 2011. They were definitely better than stock!
So easy to upgrade my 2015. Great for towing and much better than stock.
I installed this same setup on my wife 2016 Sienna, I will never look back absolutely pleased with the stopping results, I don't know about percentage increasing power BUT I know the braking power is greater over OEMs
Only thing I would add is with the electronic parking brake you have to put the parking brake in maintenance mode.
Great video buddy, that's gonna be a hell of a truck for some lucky viewer!!!
Have the extreme kit on my 14. They are awesome and the rotors still look brand new and have no wear u can feel w a fingernail
I have on my 2018 they work pretty good
I was told that you had to put the truck into maintenance mode to do the rear brakes or you will screw up the electronic parking brakes. So you don’t need to ?
Almost fell asleep with that calming music. Those original front rotors look almost brand new... can I have them if your going to just toss them? Oh, for the rear brakes, just take an old wrench and grind it a little flat so it fits in there for that rear pin.
With my brake pad and rotors it didn't come with instructions that would have been nice
Can u put anti sieze behind the rotor
Have you read anything abt drilled and/or slotted discs not being great for off-roading?
Personally I've never ran into issues with drilled and slotted rotors off-road and for a truck that doubles as a daily driver I think it's a mod worth doing. But I'm sure there are some keyboard warrior off-road experts out there that would love to argue against me on that haha!
Do you bleed them after installing them all or after each wheel.
What is the dust like with these pads/rotors? Stock ones typically cover the wheel with dust in about a weeks worth of driving.
In my experience there is much less dust
Why remove rear caliper bracket?
What’s the torque for the bolts front and rear?
Do you have to clean the new rotors off with brake cleaner?
Yes . Clean off all the residue of rotors
Is there a difference between the rear rotors for the electronic vs the manual parking brake for a 2020 f150 stx?
I believe the only diffrence is the caliper.
Just did my rear brakes on 2021 and the power stop grease sent with the kit told me to apply grease to the shims on the back of the pads. I did not see this step in this video. Am I wrong?
Has anyone swapped raptor brakes on a f150?
Is it metric or standard? l heard both.
seems like a waste but if anything just some semi metalic pads would make it stop better
Too bad they were out of stock everywhere on the planet
Awesome video, but the music is horrible.
It's way better without any music.
