Great review of a cool light, thank you! I really like Thrunites and have multiple ones. I still tend towards 18650 lights for my job as a property adjuster, because i need portability and long runtimes, so lights like the Neutron 2C and Klarus E1 are perfect for my daily carry. Keep up the cool videos!

I forgot to say thanks todderbert for all your reviews. I have the CCrane Skywave radio and it works great. I am in eastern Ontario Canada and can hear lots of AM skip from the States. I sometimes use a Tecsun AN-100 loop antenna for better selectivity. I am thinking about doing some antenna experimentation and home brewing another loop antenna with some variable capacitors I bought at my Antique Radio Club auction. Just a tip about a good source for silicone grease to lubricate and waterproof flashlight threads is plumbing supply stores sell silicone grease to lubricate water supply valves. That's where I buy mine.

I have the ThruNite T1 flashlight and it puts out a lot of light for a small size. The firefly mode is great for late night radio work.

@@NTPTM Thanks. If you are looking to get into good quality LED flashlights ThruNite is worth the money. I use silicone grease I bought at a plumbing store to lubricate and waterproof the threads on the flashlight end caps. Have a good day.

I absolutely hate those types of lights that roll around. They should all have flat spots to keep them still. Great review though. Thanks.

Excellent user interface and great value! The floody style lights are great for most tasks. Do you know how this stacks up against the Thrunite T2? That light is super floody!
I really wish they would increase the capacity of these 26650 batteries. The 5000mah is the same as standard 21700 batteries which are much slimmer.
