My Psychology professor actually recommended watching "Heide Jekyll and Me" and "Butterfly Effect" (the one with Ashton Kutcher) these are some of the movies tackling mental illness so when tracks of Obsession came out I was curious about Jekyll and Butterfly Effect. And they delivered. Jekyll is my ult. The song itself is contradicting it's like having multiple personalities I like how it's produced. Totally X-EXO. imo Pillbug that Sëhün effort deserves a daesang. Also X-mama P for Chën effort tho I am Chen bias and you are my biggest rival.
That's when you thought EXO has given us the best album then they release another one and then we starts saying it's the best. They are punching us left and right. EXO just keeps improving at an impossible rate. And I can't help wishing SM will do something to let the world know how talented they are.
I think since our 'mid range/harmonizing' vocalists are gone for a while. Other vocalists in exo stepped up, and its amazing. Each member has that specific thing theyre extremely good at but bec of this sometimes we overlook what else they can do. And when you stop and think about it, theyre still amazingly good at other things.
Kai's vocals have improved so much~ he always had a special voice. But his vocal performance in this album is definitely a big jump from the last. I'm so proud of him T v T
ah finally, been waiting.... talking about falsetto, you should hear the non-main and lead vocal line falsetto (chanyeol, kai, sehun), they are the sweetest voice you will ever hear, its really surprise me when the first time i heard them doing it on live stages.

Yessss the entire album was amazing! My favorite definitely has to be butterfly effect. Could you react to Lay's newest song good night? There's also a recent performance at tmall (boss + honey) or the one at tmea (sheep + lay u down + honey). I'd recommend good night first since it's a slower song.
Let's be honest, the songs on Obsession are hard to sing for muggles like me hahaha. Different level. The groove/rhythm in the songs are hard to follow if you're not really a singer, EXO is amazing. I can sing the songs but I think I'd be pitchy hahaha with all the ups and downs and flips. Also, I'm sad that we didn't get any b-side performances with this comeback :( Day By Day was so beautiful, same with other EXO ballads, those harmonies are amazing.

Yessss the entire album was amazing! My favorite definitely has to be butterfly effect. Could you react to Lay's newest song good night? There's also a recent performance at tmall (boss + honey) or the one at tmea (sheep + lay u down + honey). I'd recommend good night first since it's a slower song.
EXO can standout even if they're just sitting or standing while singing.
Let's be honest, the songs on Obsession are hard to sing for muggles like me hahaha. Different level. The groove/rhythm in the songs are hard to follow if you're not really a singer, EXO is amazing. I can sing the songs but I think I'd be pitchy hahaha with all the ups and downs and flips. Also, I'm sad that we didn't get any b-side performances with this comeback :( Day By Day was so beautiful, same with other EXO ballads, those harmonies are amazing.
