What an interesting day weather wise. I agree, there's no way you can not finish from this point. In fact, I've known for a very long time that you were going to finish. I could tell by your determination and your spirit. As long as you keep moving, you're going to get there. It's been an interesting journey so far, I'm sure there's more to come.

Keep trekking Mosey! I have commented before how content you seem since you have flipped. It shows through your videos. Barring any disasters along the way, you WILL finish! You'll always be able to put that on a resume. Keep us updated! We are there with you in spirit! 🙂

Another great hiking day. You can crawl across the finish but don’t fall flat on your face! I was relieved when you flipped so you wouldn’t be rushed and stressed. Serendipity.😊❤

Goodness gracious, those snow-covered tower steps were scary. I was holding my breath! I'm glad you're contented that your flip was the right thing to do. It seems that way to me too, because of all the benefits you've reaped. When you hike it again one day, you can go straight through:-)

I support you 100%, you did the right thing by flipping up. You're not the one that set the rules for Baxter Park. So now you can relax and take your time. I enjoy your rye humor and thank you for not playing non copyrighted background music the worst music the world has ever known, especially when it's played very loud.
You're not doing too bad I followed a young lady last year or 2 years ago, that took 3 days to do the approach trail!!!!! It took her 79 days to reach North Carolina and she wasn't over weight at all just out of shape. But she stayed with it. after 6 months she built-up her milage, well her best day was 13 miles. It took her 9 months to finish the trail.
Of coarse she had to flip flop because of the rules at Baxter Park. She was a very sweet girl I really enjoyed following her. She works with animals, mostly cats and dogs and finds them forever homes. Did I tell you it took her 3 days to hike the approach trail at Springer Mountain!!!!! Those steps nearly killed her, she had to take a zero at Springer Mountain Lodge before she started the trail.

She flipped at a bridge which is also the border between two states. Since she flipped, she’s now walking back south to that same bridge, which will now be her finish line.

Mosey, once you finish you will not regret the decision you made to flip. I had to split up my hike last year for other reasons and soon discovered the wisdom in that decision.
I go into more detail on a reflections video I posted on my channel so won’t bore you with other thoughts. You will be a thru hiker sooner than you know! DWG awaits…🤙
