I have a 4 cm thyroid nodule, biopsy was benign and was moved to tirads 2. Now, it was reclassified to tirads 3, because it become hypoechoic again (iso last year), solid, and now have tiny cystic foci. Does anyone have similar case? And did your doctor advice to biopsy it again?
I have a 0.7 cm hypoechoic nodule with extrathyroidal extension into the lower pole of right thyroid gland. I had a biopsy there couple years ago it was benign but now it’s like that. I have to go back to see my endocrinologist. I also had surgery on my parathyroid, that’s when they first found the cyst on my thyroid.
I have a 4cm nodules on my bottom right side... I'm T3 and they said I ham have a half thyroid removal or have another biopsy.. I've opted for another biopsy... If it has the same results then I'll go for removal.

I have the same result with you. So I had my total lobectomy to my right thyroid 4 days ago. The pathology report came back. I have Non invasive follicular thyroid neoplasm with papillary like nuclear features. I'm glad that it's not spreading type coz it's encapsulated and it's low risk. If I waited for the nodule to grow ( mine was 1.2 cm ) probably it metastasize already.
