If I wanted to replace my 2019 road glide blown stock speaker with the same stock speaker, I just can't remove the grill and screws from the speaker then pull it out and disconnect the wires from the back of the speaker?

You can, but we usually upgrade an amplifier also

I'm doing a radio, amp, and speaker upgrade. Do I have to remove the speaker pod? and if so why.

It’s much easier to install the amp with the radio and speaker pods removed, and very easy to remove the speaker pods

Do I need to remove the headlight assembly and the radio if I'm just replacing a speaker pod due to a stripped windshield nut?
