I have a SXo IVT Verna 2023. I have never seen more than 9 kmpl in traffic in Bangalore. I have got a max of 14 kmpl on highways. I have driven the car above 5k kms. Also this is a 8 step CVT not 7 step. 7 step is the DCT. Also this doesn't have adaptive cruise control. Only the DCT has that
Yeah DCT has 7 gear ratios, the CVT/IVT has steps and thanks for letting me know 8 steps. Will look into that again. And the least average on MID l got was 11kmpl. Bangalore's traffic is much worse I've heard many times, some cars give 6-7 there. Thanks for the input. Like and subscribe for more content 😊
main jaadatar highway par gaadi chalata hu par mujhe jaada ruff drive nahi chahiye hoti 90 to 120 meri speed hoti hai to aise mujhe turbo lena chahiye ya ivt please suggest me
I get between 11-13 in city traffic in the DCT Verna. The DCT Verna is likely to be more fuel efficient on highways because of the turbo boost. I get 17 kmpl on an average.
Can we use paddle shifters in D mode or only in manual mode? Asking bec in 4th gen honda city we could use paddle shifters in D mode for quick overtakes. Like it would downshift for 3 seconds on using paddle and return back to D after overtake. Do we have any such feature?
City is louder inside (road, engine noise) but has more feel in the steering. If you want to enjoy engine noise and corners (swap tyres) then buy City, if you want to just relax, drive sedately and enjoy ventilated seats and calmer cabin then Verna.
Hello Brother! Just loved your video. I just came across your video when I was researching about Verna as Verna SX is one of the option that I am considering. I have family of 5 and I am considering Verna SX and Xuv 3X0 AX5 Diesel. Can you please guide which one be a better option and why ? I have 50 % city and 50% highway running. I am getting both cars at same price point at the moment. Thanks a lot in advance 😇👍
Bhai, they are completely different cars. The biggest difference is in boot space if you ask me. If Mahindra can offer test drive at home, try fitting your luggage bags. If they set then go for it as the ground clearance of Verna will come down after sitting 5. If you plan to travel on great roads and carry more luggage than XUV offers, Buy Verna
@@DriveShrive bhai lastly if you can answer which one is better out of Verna and Honda City as I am considering non turbo engine. My budget is 13.5 max for which I am getting Verna SX. I want the best possible practical car for my family.
No it's decent actually. City CVT isn't quick either but let's say if you want to accelerate from 60-100kmhr in 6 seconds, you'll hear 80db noise from Vernas engine and 120db from City's engine inside the cabin. If you understand what I mean
Hi, thanks for this review. I am planning to get the SX Manual version of this car. I have been driving in the Mumbai traffic for the past 6 years in my WagonR which is quite a small car in comparison. How does a sedan fair in comparison to it. Is it too difficult to maneuver in the city? or is it manageable. Thanks again!
It is manageable, you only need to get used to the long bonnet up front as WagonR is awesome in that sense, very small bonnet aiding city driving. You are quite experienced already so no issues
bhai the ots update u r talking about for android auto/apple car play, is this confirmed by hyundai ? i am also buying 1.5 turbo manual sx verna 2024,so would love to get an confirmation on that.
Good video. Ur narration is well recorded. In the entire video u moved ur legs and with ur short u moving legs are not professional and distraction in ur video. If u wish to go as a professional vlogger pls avoid that. Rest all great
Very comprehensive review of IVT Verna. I wish they would have given full ADAS with electronic parking brake
Wow daily use of white color prob, u highlighted every details
Combination of city Ivtec NA engine + Verna features = Deadly Combination 💯
That's true. +Steering feedback of City. Amazing combo!
1.5 NA plus CVT would definitely be more reliable is would also easy on maintenance
Yes, maintenance is also a good point over the long run. 🔥

@@DriveShrive I agree bro. 😭 and Bangalore is quite hilly also. So it doesn’t help. Great review otherwise. :)

Yes, that can be done here as well
Great video boss! 1v1 comparison with City ZX?

Verna SX is better as it's more silent on highways! Enjoy
One of best reviews , to the point and genuine content !!! keep it up brother
Thanks Bhai 🙏🏻🙃
Great video
Is this engine sluggish? How does it compare in responsiveness to the city?

Hyundai should give an option to switch between this complete digital cluster and digital dials cluster.
True. Round dials, even if they are digital, look great and are easier to read
Well articulated video

No bro, I said it is possible by OTA update but not confirmed by Hyundai.
Is this SX(O) varient?
Yes
Kanpur se ho ya Lucknow Se ? 🙂
Is this car have feature of auto drive feature of addas
Yes, 1.5ivt has Adas but without adaptive cruise control.
Wireless is convinient
verna 2023 ❤❤❤❤❤
Now with 5 stars
all others are telling that turbo engines give better mileage
In city traffic conditions, they don't. If someone says otherwise, he's just reading arai figures.

Bah
