Two things that you said about turbo cars are mostly true: 1) Torque is increased significantly and 2) People who need to commute short distance under 10 kms should buy NA as Torque converter Engine needs time to get going. However, turbo should be bought for highway usage and NA for city usage is not 100% true. While NA will give better mileage compared to a turbo in city, it depends on many other factors. My 1.0 Volkswagen gives similar or higher mileage than Honda City 1.5 in Delhi NCR though peak power delivery is very similar in both cars. A smaller turbo engine is equivalent to a 30%-50% bigger NA engine.

Haha. Hope it will remain in good shape 🙃👌🏻
Very well explained, instantly subscribed
Very helpful. Sweet short summary
My all doubts cleared, thanks😊
Most welcome 😊
Bhai sahab ab tak ka sabse informative video.
Own a nexon diesel when drive in city use eco mode .
On highway city .only some time sports mode .
I was confused between verna sx and virtus gt line 1.0
Now i think verna will be good for me
Average sirf rev kam karne ka khel hai.. phir chahe koi bhi Engine ho.. Bina zyada rev kare achhi speed chahiye, i.e. desirable on highways, toh high torque ki awashyakta padti hai, isliye turbo pet. ya fir diesel gadi leni chahie.
Personally automatic Diesel, with True hybrid best most balanced option lag rha..
Diesel hybrid jaisa most balanced option hai nahi india me
Very good, informative and honest review Bro, keep it up for 1M subscribers soon 😊
So nice of you! 🙏🙃
Super bada Gyan Mila bai❤
Bohot sahi tareeke se bataya hai.
Thanks vaibhav bhai

@@DriveShrive I currently have a Hyundai i20 magna (1.2 ltr NA) and I am planning to buy a new car.
I live in the foot hills of Haldwani -Nainital, Uttarakhand. My use case is 70% hill drive, 20% Highway(Planes) and 10% city.
With i20 NA, I feel underpowered during overtake on hills and driving with AC.
What would you recommend between a 1.5 ltr NA vs 1 or 1.2 Ltr Turbo engine for hill drive?
My choices are MG Astor 1.5 NA, Honda Elevate, XUV 3xo, Citroen C3 aircross.
If you have any other recommendations please assist.
@DriveShrive Also which gearbox would you recommend for hill drive MT or AT?
@@rohitwanderlust Maruti Brezza 1.5 litre NA petrol shayed theek rahegi?
UA-cam per kuch steep hills test dekhe hain
Good channel.. good information.. no bakwas.
Guy convinced me to buy Elevate over creta
Dont forget to test drive both, Creta also has NA engine option. ❤
You should also drive Honda City it has more performance than elevate.
How? Most creta sold with NA engine . Very less people buy turbo creta 😂
Parts availability will be an issue later
If you're driving in city go for sedan
very well explained. totally agree with every point.
Which is better to buy under 12L for family ? 50% city, 50% roads and long trips. Consider daily 50km. I like car should be with less maintenances cost , good mileage and spacious.
Bhaiiii apki video bhtt informative hai..ek baar virtus ko leke video banao
Fantastic video. Love the aviator in the background.
@@VedantKulkarni619 yeah, that's my NA cvt baby 😁🙃
Hello ,
Thanks for such a informative video.
I am planning to purchase a new car, around 15 laks is my budget which car should I go for. I am new to driving. Can you please suggest.
Some of the easy to drive and maintain cars are Brezza, Venue and Grand vitara if you can stretch for that.
Sir, do make a video on the best ride quality in each segment like you did for "Best handling car" . By ride quality i mean, most comfortable suspension for bad city road. Also most effort less + comfortable cars to drive in city traffic/daily office commute, but this i mean least tiring like between ev, automatic, which automatic, bigger engine or smaller engine, turbo or NA. Which combination makes the most effortless car to drive. In short, the best daily commuter car in each segment. Thanks in advance.
It also depends upon which brnsd’s turbo petrol engine you are using
For instance,
Hyundai, mahindra turbo engines have average realibility in the long term
Their turbo engine loose their peak conpression at 70-80k
They also lose their acclaimed torque /bhp figures by altleast 20-25 percent when you get them dyno tested.
We aren't comparing one turbo to another, gdi engines develop carbon around intake manifold so we're comparing all turbo to NAs available in Brezza, Creta, Verna etc here. Other things aren't correct but whatever makes you happy bro 😉
@@DriveShrive Bahi between Fronx NA ,Baleno which will be good please suggest
Thanks bro , helped a lot
Knowledgeable 👍🏻

Bhai saare automatic k upar video ane wali hai usme IMT ka zikr bhi hai, stay tuned
Your tyre selection video was very nice one
Thanks bhai. Do you have more topics to cover? Which will help many car owners like tyre guide did
Nexon or venue which to buy please reply needs mileage safety affordability realible
Bro I am thinking to buy Fronx Alpha Turbo . Is it reliable for Long term or should I opt for 1.2NA
Bhai virtus GT Line ka average 20 mne uthaya hai and tmri naturally engine honda City, 12 deti hai.
Carens NA petrol vs turbo
But turbo there is no manual .. only imt and dct are there ..
Iam planning for manual NA carens ..Thats why
And good information bro
@@ch7ramesh thanks bro
Elevate is a Gem 💎
Highway running jyada hai city se. Turbo mehange boht hai 1.5L 4 cyl me. Cvt hi dikh raha hai option
Ekdum simple hai. Turbo matlab single digit mileage. Agar chalega toh power ke mazey lo paison ko aag lagaa ke.
zyadatar mze paiso me aag lga k hi milte hain life me
@@DriveShrive agree 👍🤣
I see comments of people regarding diesel per video bnao, I will tell you in present phase of 2024 and even going forward as well, diesel cars are only for travellers and in passenger logistics use only, because private vehicle are next to unmaintanable due to DPF filter and urea in BS6 phase2 , so if you need diesel punch the option is petrol turbo only and people with one NA engine car won’t choose next car as NA engine and that will be surely turbo.
Yes, diesel is going to go in small cars upto 20lkhs especially!
Very informative video bro, me new car lene ki soch raha hu,,, mera daily ka travel b under 12 km h, please help me to find out which is better car between 3xo and brezza, muje pata h ki dono k engines alag alag h,, lekin 3xo ki safety and iterior se mann ni uth pa raha or brezza ka average 3xo se acha h,, samajh ni aara kya karu 😅
12x30 is just 360km hua monthly. Average ki parwah hi kyu krni itne kam travel me. 3X0 lo aur mze kro
Best information ❤
sahi kah rahe ho bhai..hamari to chhoti si grand i10 hai 2017 with AT torque converter transmission..7 ka hi average deti hai delhi city mein😢😢
Isme btai hai wajeh

@DriveShrive sir..this was the very first video which i saw from u a few months ago and found you very impressive..nobody talk so logically and elaborate in so simple way as U. U r really the best cars analyser. Vaise while buying my grand 10 i did not know the difference of different automatic systems, this is really a smooth and fun to drive car but mileage is really pathetic. Can I switch to i20 asta IVT ? Can that car really give 12-14 mileage in delhi city traffic ??
A very good information..🙏🙏
sir
Kia carens dct .le li jaye citi me.kam use hoti he .
ya MT me Alcazar base model. le.lun
plz .answer. sir🎉..

Kam use hai city me? DCT is good
Late ho gya!
Ab toh le li 1.0 Turbo VW
Running is 1-2km daily plus 400 on highway per month once
🥲
What to do to maintain it now?
Can u prefer good car for me under 15lakhs
Good performance
Reliable
Mostly city use
Simply explained 👍 Please do same for CVT and DCT
The city highway use topic suits perfectly in cvt & DCT!
