hi! this is super late, but i have a question. when you applied for SNU, there’s a section in the application guidelines which state that the recommendation letter needs to be from someone who teaches in SNU. so did you provide your recommendation letter like that?
and another one, do they ask a very intensive question on why we choose our major? hope you will come across my comment and reply hehe

Hi I wanna apply for POSCO but when i search the deadline of universities, the period of deadline for fall semester 2022 is going to be closed when the results of posco release!!! For example Sogang uni, SNU university and others…. These deadline of each universities isn’t related to posco fellowship time?!

One of the GKS scholar said in her youtube video that in her recommendation letter she got sign from her professor thats all, she didn't get the stamp in the recommendation letter.
She said sign is enough, no need of stamp of university.

It's a really nice video👍😊 but I want ask some questions to you😅 about the scholarship?
1. It's written in instructions about recommendation letter that teachers have to seal the letter, so the seal is any government seal or the teacher have to put the recommendation letter in envelope and the envelope should be stick?
2. For statement of purpose and study purpose I have to get notarized a particular paper or just in sop and sp I can Xerox copy for other two (sop, sp)
3. And if the Statement of purpose and study plan is more than 2 or more page then what will I do ? I have to write sop or sp with hand or type on computer which is the better way?
4. In recommendation letter my teacher told me that he write one letter and for other two he photocopied it ( his signature also photocopied) so is it fine can we do that?
I'm sorry for asking you this much stupid question but I really didn't get the answers of these questions and also I got one gmail estates that the last date of submission of application form is on 3rd September (for undergraduate) and on 4th October (for graduates) but in guidelines it estate that the last date for undergraduate is on 5th of October and for graduates is in March ( I forgot the date) so I believe in guidelines only I think I do right but please clear my doubts sorry for bothering you 🙏🙏😓 please clear my doubts 🙏

2. It doesnt need to be notarized
3. Typing on computer
4. You should have 4 copies and ask him to sign on 4 copies.
@@sulinng thank you for the reply🙏😊🤗 I have one more doubt 😅that if the Statement of purpose and study plan is more than 2 or more pages than how should I add these pages in my documents and how can I notarized my recommendation letter because the teachers gave me recommendation letter in an envelope so should I put notary stamp on the envelope or I have to ask for the stamp from my teachers and we need 4 photocopies of application form too or one is sufficient
@@07_kajalyadav30 if it is more than 2 pages then you should shorten it. And recommendation letters should be the original ones, not notarized

I will apply to Korea University and Sungkyunkwan University with embassy track for GKS. but these universities have their own scholarships. Sungkyunkwan has its own scholarship with Samsung and Korea University has its own for successful entrance students. I was wondering if you know that in a situation like that can we apply for gks and universities own separately?
and also my most important question, can we only apply to one university for gks or can I apply for both of them?
You can apply for gks and universities seperately
If you apply through embassy track, you can apply for 3 universities

Hi Sulin! I want to ask something about reccomendation letter. I changed my high school at the last year and went for maybe 5 months. After that, all institutions were closed due to Covid so I didn't have any chance to interact with my teachers. I somehow managed to get reccomendation letter from my physics teacher but others don't know me well. There is a private academy math teacher whom I took private lectures for 3 years. He knows more about my abilities and capabilities. If I submit reccomendation letter from him, will it be okay? He doesn't have any connection to the last school I attended.
As they require 2 recommendation letters, I think 1 from math teacher and 1 from another teacher at school might be okay. The content in the recommendation letter is more important.
