I think calling your main channel the “Confident and Kind” channel sticks with your initial message and allows it to be broader so you can have the other gals in the videos without making it just about you but your brand as a whole. Just a thought! Love the videos either way
because of you I have convinced my whole family to follow the curly girl method because they dont take care of their curly hair AND NOW THEY DO!! the power of peer pressure!!
I'm actually in hair school, and those clips are technically used for traditional roller sets, but I love the idea! I always love watching you interact with Grace, but I also appreciate that your vlogs haven't just become watching Grace with some Sierra and Stephen cameos haha. I've noticed that sometimes happens with family vlogs. Hope everyone is doing great!
Im watching this with my 14mo (also named Grace) and the part in the nursery had her WATCHING and I said “You see the baby? Her name is Grace too!” And she got so excited ❤❤❤
sierra: i started the curly girl method three years ago… sometimes i can’t believe how long i’ve been watching you! i love u queen and i’m so excited for all the amazing things you are doing! thanks for giving me confidence from middle school to now my senior year!
Yes this is a great idea!!! Sierra please make this a main channel video with the girls :D we would love to see it! Especially hope that Riayn would be in that video because there isn’t a whole lot of color analysis content with brown skin tones 💕 Edit: And it’d be even better if you guys do a before & after makeover/outfits in your colors so we can see how it turns out 😱
As a fellow curly girl, I am so happy for you and the joy you've found in your natural hair. It took me about 5 years for my hair to fully repair because I used to get relaxers, but I know the feeling of looking at old photos like wuuuuuuut??? Lol
Another tip for root volume is to just let your hair dry the opposite direction to how you usually wear it/part it. When it’s dry you flip it back to normal and I promise you’ll see a difference
@@caseyhansen4467 i do that too but have fine hair texture but its also thick. It just weighs itself down, even with no product. I will usually blow dry it with my head upside-down (its better than just a diffuser). Not sure if you were avoiding heat what you do.
Sierra! You influenced me; I watched the new main channel video and went to get a bra fitting in my city. (Busted Bra Shop for any Chicagoans looking, super inclusive sizing. I think they have a store in Detroit also.). My new bras are shipping and I'm so excited for comfier fits!
It’s funny I actually first came across your channel when you posted a video about your curly hair routine years ago, and have been following your vlog ever since! Your hair looks gorgeous!
I’ve been wanting to look back at your hair product recommendations, I remember I saw your video long ago and it’s great you gave us an update. Thanks, I will be giving it a try. I definitely don’t have your level of curls but I don’t really do much of anything to my hair because many hair products just cause breakouts.
Ok, that iPhone hack, amazing! I was just taking video and then getting screen shots. But this is so much faster and higher quality image. Oooh heck yes! 😍
Maybe you can call the main channel the 'curated channel' or 'collaborative channel.' Perhaps it feels more accurate to how you are approaching the main channel :)
i would love to know how exactly you use the rootclips, sierra! ive been trying to use them for a while now, but i cant figure out just how and where to place them so if anyone knows id love some pointers!
Watching your hair journey is so inspiring!! After having my 2 babies my hair has gone wavy and i can’t style it the way I used to I’ve slowly been embracing the wave and it’s getting slightly curly?? It’s so fun figuring my new hair out!
honestly living in san diego is the best option for fans! not only am i going to Rumeur tomorrow for a bra fitting! but now i have to make an appointment with Cali
Loved the new content on the "high production" channel! Maybe it becomes the team channel since more team members will be centered in the videos, which is awesome!
I often flip my head upside down and shake my curls as they dry, so they all separate at the top (and aren't matted down). Also sometimes I wash at night, and then plop/pile them atop my head with a scrunchie, so they dry aloft instead of down.
What are you using for shampoo and conditioner? I really wanna try the Lomma cream. YOu made it look so easy and not too time consuming. Would you also share how you refresh? i have NEVER figured out the refresh!
She says it in another vlog about 4-5 minutes in. She just brushes it, uses water and baby shampoo. Here’s the link: ua-cam.com/video/L5j48jEw5RU/v-deo.html
this is so random BUT the root clips are actually how hair stylists get kpop idols' hair so fluffy and (like you said) have more volume while theyre dancing on stage
Hey there! I know this video is a year old BUT if by chance you see this i just wanted to say i highly recommend the book "dandelion magic" it is super fun to read with little ones because its interactive and truly so funny. I think y'all would enjoy it!
I'm sure you could highlight your hair without killing your progress. I highlight mine every 4 months and other than the first wash after where it's a bit kinky and maybe that's due to it being straightened then, I don't notice any difference. I have 2 c/3a hair for reference. Thanks for sharing!
When Stephen said about wearing the Minnie Mouse on his head and explaining it as 'I have a daughter, this is my life now,' it made me think of something similar that happened with my dad.... I was about Grace's age and I was putting butterfly clips in my dad's hair before he went to work but he must have not gotten them all out. He was in an elevator with a client, took his hat off, and he had a butterfly clip in his hair😂I can only imagine his thought was like Stephen, "I have a daughter, this is my life now!'🤣
Over three years since you started the curly girl method? Ouh gosh, i've been following for much longer than I thought😂 watched a few years before that aswell so🤔
Love this video sierra! Was wondering if you might be willing to update your experience having pcos after so many years (if you feel comfortable), I was recently diagnosed and would love to learn more about your experience (again, if you felt comfortable!) thanks! :)
Hey Sierra, quick question, do you shave your legs? I recently stopped shaving my underarms and I never felt better, I have almost no hair so that’s convenient. But I was just wondering about legs…. I have very dark and probably a lot of leg hair. I’m not sure how I’ll deal with it. Any one else who can weigh in?
Hello, friend! I think that it is perfectly okay to continue to call the main channel by that name. Otherwise, maybe consider Confident&Kind! Makes more sense for jt to not be solely branded by your name if you are planning for it to be an ensemble lifestyle channel 💕
If you don’t mind me asking what is the tall tripod you are using outside the store? Mine is super unstable and I’ve been looking for a better option! Thank you.
I vote the rename for the reference to the main channel: The Schultzzie Experience since it's about a lot of experiences/challenges lol. I was trying to think of a name that would work but it still feels too long.
If you continue with your main channel more often in the future, maybe you and the girls could do an empowerment series where you guys go do or try empowering things. The bra fitting video and everyone's response to that got me thinking about that. There are a few other creators I follow that do little series on their channel and it seems to be pretty well received.
💖 the Sierra & Stephen IRL channel. Really admire your family, you seem so happy in these videos! The Sierra Schultzzie channel is not for me, however, I do wish you the very best 🙂
What about “Team Schulttzie” because to produce those videos so much of your team is involved, especially now where they’ll be featured more in the on screen content than they were before
Maybe is because you have more hair in that part? Also can be the fact that we have different porosity in different parts of our heads so they need more or less time to absorb moisture.
You could call the “main channel” the OG channel. Cause it was the first and most prominent at the beginning of your UA-cam experience.
I vote OG
Oh I agree!!
I think calling it the main channel still works even if it isn’t your bread and butter anymore! We all know what you mean! ❤❤
I think calling your main channel the “Confident and Kind” channel sticks with your initial message and allows it to be broader so you can have the other gals in the videos without making it just about you but your brand as a whole. Just a thought! Love the videos either way

That's a great idea.
i second this!!

Could you do a video where you get your colours done? I see it all over tiktok and it's so interesting!!🥰
Yes!! I would love that as well 😊

This is SUCH a good idea. Def with all the girls
Main channel is fine. Reminds me of the old UA-cam days. Main channel more fancy and vlog channel more casual. OG knows what you mean 😊
Your hair is GORGEOUS! Us stick-straight girls are jealous. 🤩 Your natural color is also fabulous.
Your view on life and parenting is so refreshing! 💕
As a fellow curly girl, I am so happy for you and the joy you've found in your natural hair. It took me about 5 years for my hair to fully repair because I used to get relaxers, but I know the feeling of looking at old photos like wuuuuuuut??? Lol
I am SO excited for this updated routine!! I just started my curly hair journey and your videos have been so helpful
Loving how well you’re sticking to your work/life boundaries these days!! Love to see it
Another tip for root volume is to just let your hair dry the opposite direction to how you usually wear it/part it. When it’s dry you flip it back to normal and I promise you’ll see a difference
I part mine down the middle what should I do?
@@caseyhansen4467i was gonna ask the same thing!

One of my favorite videos you’ve done is the trying the peleton for a month video. I would love to see something else like that on your main channel!
Your new hair routine is working! Love the extra volume! Looks great!
Those root clips are iconic! Def going to try myself!!
I cannot get over your hair it looks sooo good!! Also that lighting outside fabletics was perfect this was such a fun vlog
OMG your hair looks amazing by the end of the video gorgeous 🥰
Always love your vlogs of when you show your behind the scene of being a content creator, ceo, mom and wife all in one. Enjoyed this vlog .
I’ve used root clips before but in a different way, I like this method much better! I can’t wait to try it!

You should call your “main” channel your firstborn channel
I love seeing all the work bts stuff! Fun mix of everything in this vlog!😊❤

Love the vlog. Beautiful curls!!
I feel like the main channel is the “work” channel
Fellow mom of a curly-haired toddler here, and I would love to hear what you do right now to wash/condition/brush Grace's curly hair!
She says it in another vlog about 4-5 minutes in. She just brushes it, uses water and baby shampoo. Here’s the link:

@@rebachick94 thanks!!
My son saw you “sneeze” the toy off your head and he’s been recreating that moment with all his toys for half an hour 😂
The fact she said the Curly Girl Method video was 3 years ago. 💀 How long have I been watching❤️
Tip: diffuse for like 5-10 mins first and then let it air dry. If you do that it’ll be almost completely dry after air drying for 2 hours.
Did not realize I'd been following you for so many years until you mentioned how long ago you went curly! Probably like 4-5 years!!
ps where is your friend Jayden's shirt from?! Obsessed!!!

My thin hair is so jealous of how thick and beautiful your hair is 😭 I feel like I'm going bald at 27.

Where it your green top from!! @ 15:15 omg

I feel like they need to call that Stanley cup something else! Should be trademarked for the nhl
Yay!!!!
I've seen before instead of the root clips people use a claw clip and clip on both sides of their part to get lift
I love reading dinosaur dance to my little man, he would rather I read him doggies or happy hippo angry duck 😂
That might be a cute main channel video all ur team members show their hair routine says they all have different hair and time to get ready

You are killING that Fabletics outfit! I'm going to check out that jacket for myself!
Call it the Bonus Channel!!
HBD! :)
You can call the “main” channel the original channel!!! or just the “other” channel haha
i think the “main channel” could be called the original channel!
Cool
I’m having an issue with one side of my head being way more dry the other. Does anyone have advice for this?
Maybe is because you have more hair in that part? Also can be the fact that we have different porosity in different parts of our heads so they need more or less time to absorb moisture.
I have a side part and part my hair to the left. It’s the right side of my hair that is dry.

More wavy Hair Routine Stuff?

@@madelynsouder4970 thank you Maddie 😊
You might have mentioned this before but how often do you wash your hair? I’m a curly girl too and hated my hair as a kid!
Call it your HP channel to confuse new subs. Is it Harry Potter? Is it Hewlett packer? Nope. Just higher production.
The Shultzzie Channel!
what are you using at night to wrap your hair?
Fabletics looks like such a good brand but omg I can't cope with the subscription thing. It puts me off buying from them all together.
✋️
I love you hair now, but man I love a blonde moment
I’m dying to know the brand of those phone batteries 😢 I remember that she show them in a vlog but I can’t seem to find it

it’s the apple magsafe case
Have you ever checked your porosity? It’s easy to do at home!
im gonna need you to drop the show tunes playlist ma'am !
Does anyone have any curly shampoo and conditioner recommendations?
Does anyone recall the portable phone charger that she uses?
How about you start calling the main channel the ✨Premium✨ Channel?
hi sierra! i saw you use dior i know you’re vegetarian but unfortunately they test on animals and aren’t cruelty free they have lots of dupes for it
The long form content or scripted channel?
