One thing I'll always regret is never been to a Linkin Park concert and hearing Chester live.
Same. Easily one of my biggest regrets.
Man it was just amazing. Songs sound the same but that energy is off the charts
I went to one on the coast of Mississippi right after I graduated high school (2000-2001?) but it was warped tour - had static x, staind, and a few others. So they only sang a few songs. They were the only reason I cared to go. Then as I got older and could afford to spend on extra things, they stopped touring in America. (I had a financially rough decade of early adulthood.) I do regret not being able to go to any while they did tour America though. The closest they ever got to Mississippi when I did have the ability was Atlanta if I remember correctly. But I was divorced with two kids, so....that was out
Same...
same ever more
"Yeah, I'm gonna write a tell-all book too. When I'm 60"
Damn, that actually hit pretty hard. RIP Chester.
I wish I did a meet and greet with them I regret that so much
Really really hard 💔
2:15 damn
Yeah 41*
I just got to that part and had to look away and dwell for a few moments.
1:36 - the famous “Lost” clip (With Demo Lyrics over the bridge. previously known as “Thoughts That Take Away My Pride” in the community for 20 years).
Earth is 4.5 billion years old.
We were all fortunate to be alive at the same time as Linkin Park ❤️
Clearly ❤
Linkin Park wasn't just a band. They were creating their own culture. Mike spending 6 years to create Breaking the Habit, making it a beautiful art, Chester mastering different vocal styles, rewriting lyrics because they are perfectionists, and are open to critique. Them telling life in their songs, are the reason why fans and I connect with them for so long. Something politicians, religious leaders couldn't do 20 years ago. LP has a legacy that it will be admired for generations. To Meteora!
5:27 goosebumps and tears in my eyes. The nostalgia this album holds on me is just unreal. Breaking the habit has to be (to me) one of the best songs ever written
The fact that we are seeing unseen footage is so crazy to me 🖤
Are we? I’ve at least seen parts of this before.
What lol this footage has been available for over 20 years.
Yeah I know but there are some incomplete footage like joe Hahn doing some scratches, rob showing what he was playing and more, the rest we saw before
I love it!!!!
4:44 one of my all time favorite Linkin Park songs
Chills every time
God mike shinoda is so talented.
2:14 it makes me cry he decided not to get to that age
Such a baby faces they had! ❤️🩹❤️🩹
6:25 this had me dead🤣🤣🤣
"we rewrote a song... for the 97th time."
And Chester never heard it released because the final version was way too close to "Numb". Good thing we finally got that "Lost" song last year! ;)
I also always noticed that when Chester sang loud it sounded like his voice became kind of robotic as if two people were singing. It always sounded awesome
Chester is the best vocalist of all the time.
Agreed
Agreed ❤
how about serk tankian?
It's impossible to not smile while watching these
Chester, for me its a feeling that i wil carry till the end of my life... that i never went to your show, now that i have the oportunity u are not here anymore :/ so heartbreaking!
3:57 need this released as well, please
damn Brad is bamboozle genius xD
the song playing at 1:37 is actually a demo for lost, the song that LP released as part of meteora's 20th anniversary.
BTW with the uncut footage... it's the song that was rewritten 97 times.
@@xavierwalko4175 Most likely an exaggeration lol but it definitely felt like that when recording. Don would push them to be their absolute best with lyrics.
They are all so nice and thoughtful and just nerds for their instruments.
0:41 - 0:44 Chester 😂😂😂😂
1:21 I heard the same, he literally was unique ❤.
6:00 Brad being big bad brad for real lol
Linkin park songs helped me a lot at bad times, i always had a dream of going at linkin park concerts and watch Chester live. Chester will be stays in my memories forever, linkin park ❤️🎸
Can we all talk about how Brad freaked out at that one guy.
Twas a prank dude
2:23 Awesome Masterpiece Ever... Good Lord 2000's Golden Ages XDDDDDDDDDDD
For me personally this is the Golden Age of Linkin Park. You rock ! 🔥🎶
mike on the piano 😍💕
Love watching how they grew from start and micke proper stand up guy they are all great pity did not go longer. My little girl loves Flickr she sings it and ran around say micke shenoda😂
live strings on a rock album. 😌🎻🤘
Amazing Chester! 🔥🕊️
Meteora is their best written album. Don't @ me.
I remember this....I recorded it on my vhs recorder those days....amazing felling
Memories consume....
They should’ve never gotten rid of David. They were an amazing dynamic.
hora yo estaba que no podía mas de la alegría, amo es video, la cancion
Whoa. Sudden uploads😮
Awesome 🙌
You guys were sooo young...man times fly!
Ugh chester we miss you my heart hurts
1:36 must repeat this part for the rest of eternity
Lov u guys ♡
Linkin Park creating and playing with sounds. Simply original and unique, thank you very much Linkin Park the number 1 band of my heart and soul
2:27
3:57
Each new post I see, I understand that I'm getting old too 🤣 Love you LP 💞 Thank you for sharing 😍
legenda, de todos
Linkin park lo mejor 🤗👍
Bons tempos de MTV .
Oh Yeah ! Golden Ages Linkin Park's ! :-D
I know Mike knows what I know and chester was just the glue between us
The best,..LP
When i think of chester being gone I tend to self destruct
Did they add new scenes to these? I used to watch these nonstop as a young kid but don't remember some of these scenes
Most of this is archived from LPTV, and some ended up on the Meteora documentary. There's some stuff I'm seeing for the first time like Brad's "freak-out" with the cellist.
❤❤❤
He saved me from myself many times
We were pretty close
Wow had no idea Mike was such an amazing piano player. And Chester can actually play some guitar lol
Im curious what song Mike was playing on the piano! It’s beautiful.
2:15 😭😭😭😭😭😭😥😥😥😥😥😥😥💔💔💔💔💔💔
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Надеюсь, вы гордитесь тем, что оставили большой след в мировой музыкальной культуре всех языков и это действительно круто.
Thoughts that take away my pride...
I like that they used the Always Sunny font lmao. The Gang Makes Three Classic Albums
😢
Chester admitted that he’s a super saiyan😳😳😳
Was that Lost playing at 1:37 ?
Yes, with demo lyrics that didn’t make it to the final version.
@@justinsayswtf It's so weird yet surreal to hear the song Lost today. Surreal because when my mom bought me Meteora around when it came out, I got the special edition that had this documentary on it and I remember hearing all of these unreleased tracks at that time which I was 13 or 14 years of age.
I'm now 33 at the time of writing this and it's like stepping back in time hearing it all in it's fully released form. Memories come back from when I was that age.
@@brendanlucero8585 I'm 32 and I relate completely! Same thing happened to me, and the nostalgia really is so powerful.
@@justinsayswtf I bet all the things you used to do and people you hung out with came back to mind. Even the way your house smelled and decorated. I know it did for me.
This wasn't my favorite album lyrically. As much as Breaking the Habit gets praise, even Mike knows that Faint is the best record on the album
Wow Dave has a lot of hair here LOL!!!
😩❤️🩹
6:39 Let me play a sad for ya on the world's smallest violin
Porqué no hay subtítulos:(
what is the song that mike is playing on piano in 4:00
No telling, he's a trained pianist
Привет)
🤔 "before the first song you heard me on, there were already people trying to get me gone"
Can anyone tell me what's that song? 1:37
Lost
@@rapturousspearhead602 but look like they've removed this part!!
I wonder how things would have changed if they knew how things ended for the band
Is Nathan Fielder and Brad Delson related??
I safely assumed Brad calling the player out like that was a joke. Nobody in a professional environment calls people out like that in front of everyone else except douchebags who think their the best thing ever😅
I just saw that and I was fooled at first, but then it turned out to be a prank 🤔
Here is your usual LP youtube comment section:
1. rip chester
2. regret never being to a concert of LP
3. i miss chester thank you mike
..........So, can we now proceed and write a comment to the actual content of the video? thanks
