You can tell through life that the most real of people who have such demons in their heart and soul and have to fight that On their own every single day... I can empathize with these feelings that he has because I've lost everything twice now but it's because of his music and many others that I will never give up. Lincoln Park will never be forgotten. It's one of the most important bands ever created imo, and Chester will be greatly missed.

6:00 talking about the Keurig coffee maker before it was a thing.
Mike and Chester actually spoke about the list of people "who can speak to them" in an interview from 2007.
It's actually a list of people who entered in and out their recording space and the guy who's sitting there is a security guard. All of this was created by the band to prevent their music from getting leaked before it's release. People (including the band) had to write their name and write down whatever they have or leave with.

Mike talked about the story in a recent interview how Faint used to be just powerchords, but he changed it to replace the chords with octaves and add new chords under it. I found that story interesting. Maybe the new Faint demo we’re getting with METEORA20 will be that original NRG version.

Yes, lol. They had the whole song track done it just didn't ended up making it on to the album because of how similar it was to "Numb" and they couldn't think of where to place it on the track list. It was very close to being on there it was placed as #13 on their list of released songs/unreleased songs. When they put together each of their albums they are very careful on the order of the placements. They treat it as an actual vinal record where you listen from start to finish as a theme/story where there is no shuffling or skipping over tracks. So that way you can get an actual understanding on what that album is about.
- Hybrid Theory: is a lyrical theme deal with problems that Chester experienced his adolescence, drug abuse, constant fighting and parents divorce.
- Meteora: is about Chester and Mike how they are two different people, so they can't sing about the same things, BUT they both know about frustration, anger, loneliness, love and happiness and how they can relate on that level just like with many of the fans. We've all been through different situations but we've all dealt with the same type of any kind of emotional feeling. The name "Meteora" was inspired by Meteora, the rock formation in Greece, is very epic, dramatic and has great energy. They wanted the album to have that same energy.
- Minutes to Midnight: Was inspired by a doomsday clock where its minutes a way from the world ending when it hits 12 o'clock due to all of the chaos. Environmental ignorance and self-destruction, there is a political charge. "Shadow of the say" in the music video the alarm clock is minutes till midnight and there's this a huge riot going on outside. The mintues left that was on the clock when it started is how long the song is. "No more Sorrow" is about violent destruction of former Pres. Bush.
- A Thousand Suns: Is a concept album dealing with human fears such as nuclear warfare. The album references the social issues and blends human ideas with technology.
- Living Things: Is about recovery from tramatic experiences. It's more catharsis all about their personal stories, struggles, thoughts and doubts.
- The Hunting Party: Comes from a theory about culture becoming too passive, everyone just standing around waiting for opportunities to come to them instead of going out and getting theirs.
- One More Light: Is the most personal to all of them It's not about saving yourself on your own, It's about realizing you're not alone, no matter who you are.
